We have used his service several times in the past and again this morning after having our sewer back up into our basement. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. He charged a reasonable fee and when we called in the evening, he quickly scheduled the appointment for the next morning.

Referred to Geno by a friend, SO happy with his service! He showed up promptly in the morning and within 15 minutes the clog that we battled for over a year was fixed! We had a plumber out the day before who snaked the drain eight times, and left the sinks full to the brim, so I called Geno. He came with specialized drain clearing technology and gadgets, jumped on the roof, and snaked the plumbing vent, and I couldn't have been more satisfied when I saw those two kitchen sinks suddenly drain away. Thanks Geno, you're a lifesaver, and I will definitely be recommending you to everyone!

Geno scheduled within 24 hours and was prompt. We needed to clear access to the sewer line in our front yard, so he came back within the hour and cleared out tree roots to the street. Kept original price quoted on phone.

Fast forward two weeks: water started backing up in our sewer drain again whenever we did a load of laundry or took a long shower. Called Geno at 7:45 am and he was out by 8:45 am. He was able to recreate the issue and spent an hour cleaning out the full main line in the house. The issue got worse before it got better, but he stayed until the main floor drain in the basement cleared. He did not charge us for this second visit.

He only takes cash and check. He charged $179 for main line clean out and nothing for the second visit since the first job didn't hold. Most other companies would still charge you for both visits.

He told us to clear out the line every 16 months to prevent backup. He'll be on our regular rotation.

I have a property I rent out and I read the reviews on Yelp and called Geno based on the positive reviews. Well, Geno gets another 5-star review from me as well. He coordinated with my tenant to arrange a time to stop by. He gave me a quote over the phone, but the problem was so minor, he did not charge me the full amount. I certainly do not expect this result every time, but it will certainly make Geno my first call in the future. The tenant was very pleased with the repair as well. Thanks Geno!

Call Geno. He is friendly and less expensive than Roto-Rooter and Norblom. The main line backed up on a Sunday and my wife was sick with stomach flu, so we couldn't wait until Monday. Geno not only answered the phone on a Sunday, but arrived in 15 minutes and finished the job in under an hour. If this wasn't amazing enough he was much cheaper than Roto-Rooter and Norblom. He saved the day!

I cannot speak highly enough of Geno. He came to my house today on a moment's notice when sewage was backing up in my basement. He spent HOURS working on it, since the problem was worse than we'd thought, and stayed well past what I'm sure was his original time commitment. The drain in our basement has been backing up and I haven't wanted to deal with it. Today it was really bad and my husband called Geno. I thought, ""Well, there goes my day off. I'll have to wait all day for some guy to show up."" I am writing this review less than an hour from when my husband called and our drain is all better. Geno was fast, nice, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Geno is top-notch in so many ways. I first used him for a clogged sewer line in August 2013 and, while he was over, he also did a free adjustment of the drum in the upstairs bathtub to relieve a slow drain. He was nice, honest, quick, and the price was right.

I needed the same sewer line unplugged today because I was over-zealous with too much food down the garbage disposal yesterday. I called him at 8:30, he showed up at 10:15 and was done in about ten minutes. Man, that's fast! Geno can analyze a problem in a second and fix it almost as quick. Plus he stuck around a couple of extra minutes to give me tips on how to fix the broken stopper in my bathroom sink (and did so happily).
