Home warranty sent the plumber out to my home. In person, he told me a story which was way different from what he reported to the insurance company. He told me I needed a full replacement. The insurance company said he reported everything is ok, no replacement needed. Not sure why that is. No credibility do not use this company.

Worst Plumbing guy ever. Came and said my heater needed replacement but the insurance said he had reported everything was functioning correctly and there was no need for replacement . Not sure why the insurance continue to contract people or companies like these .

One star is too good! I don't understand why Gennaro's Plumbing is still in business. Listen, all of the reviews about this company can't be wrong. Do not walk RUN from this company. It was the worst plumbing experience ever!! They were dispatched on 11/24/2021 through my home warranty company. I was impressed by how quickly they arrived and assessed the problem; I needed a new toilet, no problem. It went DOWNHILL from there. I never received the toilet! (They sure were quick to cash my $85 check). I personally was NEVER able to reach them by phone. My home warranty company called them several times on my behalf and was told the same thing, they are waiting for a shipment. Gennaro's not once called and gave me an update...not ONE TIME! As of 12/21/2021 still no toilet and still no ETA of when I would get it. When my home warranty company called to inquire, they asked Gennaro, ""You don't just go out and buy a toilet from Home Depot so that you can accommodate the client?"" Gennaro's reply, ""No."" Wow, it doesn't matter to Gennaro that I was without a toilet for over 30 days. That's not their problem and they couldn't care less!

Wow this people are crooks. Omg! They lied to my home warranty saying the my dad had not let them take the equipment out of the house. Little do they know that I have cameras in my home. Then when I tried to contact them to see if they were actually coming they said take it up to you home warranty or we will call the police. I called my home insurance let them know that I need someone else to service me because I don't want this crooks in my home. I wish I had read this reviews earlier. I don't how this people stay in business.

The plumber came out on the 20th of December to look at two of my toilets. One of the toilets in the guest bathroom had a crack and leaked. The other toilet in my master bedroom wasnt flushing right. He spent al of 10 minutes in my house. He said I needed to clean the inside of my tank that is why the toilet wouldn't flush and the one with the leak He would have to put a work order in to my warranty company and said it would be after Christmas. It took him 3 days to put the report in to American Home Shield and he lied in the report and said I broke the toilet that it wasn't not normal wear and tear. If I could give this company a zero rating I would but the app only allows 1 as the lowest rating. I don't know hoe this guy stays in business, he isn't honest at all and doesn't want to do any work!

I would give this business a zero if I had a choice. They arrived late. We hire this business due to my insurance coverage. They came out and the guy told us that we needed a water heater replacement because it was damaged. He was only there for like 5 minutes. Stated he send the report that same day. After almost 2 weeks later, I contacted my insurance and my insurance said they were still waiting for the report because they never send the report. I called them, no answer.

They finally send the report to my insurance just to tell them that nothing was wrong with my water heater , and that I did not need a replacement. They completely lied for what they communicated to us.

This by far has to be the worse company ever. Please do not hire them. You will waste your time and be more frustrated. This business should be close for doing false business and telling people something that is not true.

Worst Company ever not professional at all my Home warranty company sent them out and the were complete garbage. Promised to get the clog or stoppage cleared said they were going to go get the equipment then never returned i called 4x and had to email the finally got a response over 4 hours later saying they weren't coming back. F this company the should get 0 stars
Unfortunately for the Im plumber to but i don't have equipment to do the work. They don't know anything don't ever let this company touch your house.

DO NOT USE caught all on my surveillance cameras. untruthful and no integrity..... sent on behalf of my insurance company.... He came to the house to repair a leaking Spigot handle.... He was at the house for 10 to 15 minutes told my wife he was done... (he never did the repair) the leak was worse.. my wife wrote him a check and he left. When I called this company 10 minutes after he had left and said my surveillance cameras caught everything and the repair was never done they had nothing to say but I will call you back.... I sense called multiple times reaching out leaving multiple messages... with out any return phone calls..

This plumber was sent by my home warranty company to fix a leak under my bathroom sink. He tightened something to stop the leak, but after he left, I found out my drain would no longer open & close. I called them & they said it was the pop-up. After giving me the run-around for a week, they finally set an appointment, but I waited all afternoon & they never showed up. I called & the man I talked to was very rude, said they'd done me a favor & shouldn't have touched it at all, & I had the choice between a leaking sink or a working drain, or they could replace all the pipes for more money. I called the warranty company who said they could have them come back to look at it again, but I didn't want them in my house again & found my own plumber who took care of everything in a few minutes with no problem. Gennaro's work is awful, their service is awful, their attitude is awful. I will never use them again.

This company is lying to my home warranty company so they don't have to do the job. I wanted my 16 year old tub spout replaced because it is not diverting all of the water to the shower head.... they told the warranty company it was less than 5% so it didn't need to be fixed
