At Gennaro's General Services, we provide backflow prevention solutions, drain cleaning and repair, pipe replacement and repair, water heaters, both tank and tankless, hydronic heating, leak detection services and repairs, including sump pump installation to residents of New Haven, CT.
Since our inception in 2009, GGS has grown into a trusted local plumbing company over the years that have passed by providing high-quality work at a competitive rate.
One might say I was born to be a plumber. My dad, Jim Sr., who just turned 70 and continues to work with me, taught me everything I know about this profession. Since I was a child, he introduced me to job sites and taught me the ins and outs. He impressed upon me what I believe is the most crucial aspect of my business: establishing a connection with my customers so they feel comfortable in their homes. This personal touch is how I was trained, and that’s the foundation of my company.

Linda M.Gennaro General Services is terrific. Very responsive and came to our house three or four times to fix a problem with a bathroom faucet caused by the manufacturer of the faucet, not them. They came out right away and figured it out and then came back to fix it when the part came in. Also fixed a bathtub leak quickly and efficiently. Also, did a great job on a commercial job I was involved with. I highly, highly recommend them.
