Genari was the company required by the builder to do plumbing and heating on an addition to our house 15 years ago.
Repairs have cost 80k+ .
The job was +\- 60k
My insurance is so expensive now. Just had yet another leak.
PS-the part of the house with plumbing/heating from 1986-no issues.
Unresponsive, inexperienced workers, and the stories about his wife (Bob Gennari's) were not appreciated.

We paid these guys many many tens of thousands of dollars to upgrade the HVAC in our old house and install new systems in an addition.
They are incompetent to complete the systems they installed.
There's hardware for zone control but they never put in the controls to operate them.
An underfloor system has a valve to separate the water into a dozen different areas so it can be precisely tuned. They forgot to label the controls; nobody knows where they go or how to adjust them.
The water temperature controller is supposed to get feedback on indoor temperature: they never even installed the sensor to make it work.
They have sent two different techs to fix a controller they installed. Neither had any idea how to set it up. I had call the manufacturer and have their tech walk the Gennari employee through the process on the phone.
The manufacturer couldn't believe how badly the system was done by Gennari.
Apparently Gennari employed good people when we hired them but, we're told, the good technicians have moved away.

What can I say. Gennari Plumbing & Heating is the best. We have worked with many people in the process of building our home, and I must say Gennari takes the prize. Great people, easy to work with, and they get the job done. Everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful, professional and just down right nice. They did a great job at a fair price, I feel they have gone above and beyond for us. A special thank you to Bob and Laurie and the whole team!!!!

I recently used this company to fix a broken pipe. The plumber was NOT good at all and very unqualified; took way too much time and cost about 3x what it should have been. Will NEVER use them again.
