Five stars for the following reasons

- Their quote for replacing the water supply and drainage pipes beneath my house was 50% of their competitor. Their guarantee was twice as long as their competitor's guarantee. Their bid included sheet rock patching and texturing.

- The business owner himself came to give the quote. He crawled under the house to provide an accurate quote, even though he was wearing slacks & a dress shirt.

- The communication was solid. Their office called and prepped me a few days before the work began. They called the day of to see if I had any concerns or questions. The office was also able to accommodate and execute some last minute changes that I requested.

- The team of 5 that did the work was coordinated and well managed. They arrived on time and ended on time. Each member knew what their job and got right to it. They masked, tarped well, and cleaned after themselves.

I believe in giving credit where it is due and hope this company does well.

Horrible company with horrible service recovery they will try but no one has ever told them in business the customer is always right and that you do not talk to the painter to tell the owner you can not complete the job! Or maybe he did not want to talk to a woman and the painter is a man! Beats me I pay both of them for a service Genmor did not complete the job... Painter still painting!

Awesome plumbers with a very skilled, highly professional staff. We had our whole house repiped and they did a fantastic job- our city inspector said they were hands down the best in the area and did mostly commercial work. Price were also very competitive. Dealing with the secretaries, on the other hand, has been a challenge. Scheduling inspections and finishing the job has been difficult to schedule- if it wasn't for that I'd give them a 5 star rating.

Last week I was installing a new bathroom sink and vanity. After 2 hr.s of trying to remove a drain waste pipe that developed a leak due to an old corroded pipe, I got into the wall and notices the hot water inlet pipe was resting on the drain pipe. I thought it was causing undue resistance.
I remembered that Genmor repiped my home in 2005' and they gave me a lifetime warranty. So I called them up about 3:30 PM and talked to Betty. She was very helpful. She said she would get hold of Genaro - the owner and explain the problem.
Low and behold Genaro agreed to come out to my house @ 7:00 PM on a Friday afternoon (i.e.the start of the weekend)! I was going away for an extended weekend and he accommodated me!
He arrived right on time. Saw what the situation was. Realigned the hot water pipe, and even removed the old corroded waste drain pipe!! He was done in an hour! I know looking at the old corroded waste pipe that I never would have gotten it out. I didn't have the tools or expertise!
But wait that's not all!! He didn't charge me a cent even though I wanted too!! He saved my weekend!!
That's why Genmor and Genaro get 5 stars from me!!

My experience with Genmor Plumbing was ridiculous. I had a running toilet with water spraying straight up out of the fill valve. The property managers of my complex use Genmor for plumbing issues.

Today my kitchen sink backed up. My property manager called Genmor and Betty called me back within 10 minutes. She was very polite, understanding and said someone would be out between 1:30 and 2:30 pm. I was impressed because it was a holiday and it was already 12:15 pm.

John arrived right at 1:30 pm. He introduced himself, was very polite and even put on booties before coming into my apt. He saw the problem, got the tools and equipment and fixed the problem. He was very professional, polite and even cleaned up after himself. Even though it was my fault (Potato skins) he never made me feel like I was to blame. He just explained what should and should not go down the drain. He wrapped everything up quickly. Made my day!

Thank you John, Betty and Genmor. You made what could have been a stressful situation very easy.

I hired GenMor to re pipe my 62 yr old house and could not be happier with the great job they did. I was given a very reasonable bid for a complete re pipe using type L Copper that was actually CHEAPER than several bids using PEX. After reviewing all my bids and getting prompt answers to my questions, I chose GenMor because of the professionalism of the owner and the office mgr.
The crew arrived on time and the Supervisor walked me through the process and answered all my questions before beginning the job. When it was discovered that the copper used when my water heater was relocated was type M, I decided to replace it with type L (which has a thicker wall). The upcharge was minimal and I would now have a complete new plumbing system covered by the lifetime workmanship warranty GenMor provides. Despite this change, which involved additional work, the job was completed in one day. They were even able to replace my shower valve without damaging the tile! The work done by the crew was exceptional and they did a very good job of cleaning up.

GenMor advertises 'Quality Service at Reasonable Prices' and delivers that on every aspect of the job. Hire them with confidence.
