I called Genusis at 8.00 am as my gas hot water heater was not working. They indicated a repairman would be at the house around 3.00 pm. The repairman pressed the ignitor one time and told us there was no flame. He then proceeded to try and sell us a new hot water tank for 1500.00. We told him we wanted ours repaired. He stated the parts would be 200-300 and most likey a waste of money as we would have to replace it anyway. He suggested we contact the manufacturer and get the parts yourself. Why did we call a repairman? Again quoting us 1500.00 for a new hot water tank. Absolutely no interest in repairing the unit. It was sad that we sat there all day only to be confronted with a salesman, not a repairman. Cost was 45.00 for nothing. Interesting how 2 hrs later I reset the hot water tank and pushed the ignitor and guess what-it started and has continued working ever since. Terrible service. We will never use or recommend them.

Quick response. Friendly competent service. Explained as he worked. This was our 3rd experience in tbe past 2 years. Very satisfied with service and cost. Definitely recommend
