Edwing is the only Plumber that I use. He is extremely knowledgeable and HONEST!!! I use him for business and my home. He has saved me a lot of money by giving me professional and truthful estimates. He will not take advantage of his customers. Also, he works quickly and is extremely clean. I have even left him alone in my home while he was working. That is the kind of honest and trustworthy man that Edwing is.

Don't waste your time with this company, they're a joke. So I had a drainage line that needed to be snaked, gave Genesis a call because they're in the neighborhood. He tells me he'll be at my house at noon the next day, sure enough he's a no show and doesn't call either. So I call him about 3pm and only get an answering machine, leave message and get no response even though his machine says we'll call you right back. I call back later that evening and the next morning with the same results. I called another plummer and they came out in a couple of hours and fixed the problem straight away. I just can't this type of business practices, no integrity.

We love Genesis. We've used them in 2010-2011 for many services: inspecting a foreclosure when we were in escrow, inspecting and repairing our new house (not the foreclosure), plumbing repairs in our condo. They have always been very prompt, responsive, and their prices are good. They installed our washer, disposal, replaced some old pipes, provided a fix for our water heater, put proper venting on our furnace, and more. All their repairs have worked!! They are right in the neighborhood so they've been able to come quickly! I wish I had found them years ago!

Genesis Plumbing is a family-owned and very customer oriented company. I recently had to have my main sewer pipe replaced and not only did they offer the best price of the three quotes that I received, but they commenced work immediately and provided superior work in two short days. I have received a CD of the interior of the new pipe to see what I actually paid for. They are a top notch company with competitive pricing and I will only recommend Genesis to family and friends.
