Noel was professional and pleasant. He gave me multiple options for a replacement toilet at my request. No pressure tactics just good information. The installation went great and the price was very fair. Noel didn't try to sell me any additional plans or warranties which everyone does today. If you have a plumbing issue I would highly recommend Genesis plumbing. I plan on using them for all future plumbing issues.
