I don't know what these other people are talking about. I have never had a problem with this company. No one has ever been rude to me. I am not that great at checking the level on my fuel tank, so many times I need a same day delivery and they always accommodate me. They do not charge additional for me using my credit card, as some other companies do. I like them.

If there is anything less than one star for this company I will give it. They are the worst they are rude and unprofessional. They have no problem cheating you out of your money either. A while back I ordered oil delivery to be charged to my credit card which was charged in advance. Well they oil they delivered was less than what I had order because the tank was full but instead of this company refunding me back the my money since they delivered less than anticipated no they kept my money. I eventually got around to check my bill and my credit card bill that's when I discovered that they have kept the money for well over a month and when I called them on it they lied and said they plan on applying it to my next delivery when I call. Do not use this company ever. Get on the internet and check for yourself don't just rely on other people's recommendation.

They quoted me $2.67 per gallon. I received the receipt via mail & was charged $2.74 per gallon. When I called to ask what happened I couldn't get a word in edgewise. The female rep tells me my gas gauge isn't working and that they put less than 200 gallons so the price is $2.74 which was not explained to me prior nor was I notified. The gauge read ""E"" (we just closed on the house). As she continued to cut me off & would not listen I told her I'm good and hang up as I was 29 weeks pregnant and don't want to be bothered nor was I interested in arguing with this unprofessional ghetto woman. Additionally, there are many oil companies on Long Island that I can utilize. After I hung up on her, she calls me back just to hang up after saying you were referred by so & so right? I said yes I was, she says ""why are u so nasty""& hung up. Very unprofessional, petty, and disrespectful. I'll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere.

I would not recommend this company. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and most of all UNRELIABLE.

I had an annual service originally scheduled for my oil burner on September 10th, 2018. I did not receive a call the day before as promised to provide a window of time for this service. I had someone wait around hours for them until we called to get a time, but wait, they lost our phone number somehow and didn't bother to show. I did business with them in the past couple of years and they should have a record of my number. Wasted day off!

Mistakes happen and I gave them another chance and we rescheduled for September 19, 2018. Again, no call the day before. Called them on the 19th to get a window of time. They provide 3pm-5:30pm. 5:30 comes and goes, no show, no call. Wasted my time again! They somehow believe their time is more valuable than yours!

What if I had an emergency in the dead of winter? I wouldn't rely on this company that's for sure! At least provide some professionalism and call if you can't make it.

It is also difficult to reach them on the phone. It frequently goes to voicemail or an after hours answering service.

You will FREEZE if you depend on them! I recently started using this service and i am deeply disappointed. They ensured that i would be getting my delivery one night after calling earlier that morning. But after calling back a number of times they finally got back to me at 12 A.M. They claimed they had a lot of deliveries and forgot me... They must have delivered to the houses that requested more oil than i did before even considering to deliver to me that night.
