Wade has spent more than 30 years in the AC field and continues the family legacy as a third-generation owner. His grandfather instilled in him the value of customer-first service and integrity. He spends a significant amount of time training others to emphasize hospitality in AC service delivery.

He shares his life with a loving wife, two kids, and their cherished dog, Daisy.
