Wade has spent more than 30 years in the AC field and continues the family legacy as a third-generation owner. He learned the importance of prioritizing customers and maintaining honesty from his grandfather. He spends a significant amount of time training others to emphasize hospitality in AC service delivery.

Wade lives happily with his lovely wife, two kids, and their spoiled dog, Daisy.
