With over 30 years in the AC industry, Wade carries on the family tradition as a third-generation business owner. He learned the importance of prioritizing customers and maintaining honesty from his grandfather. He devotes much of his time to educating and training others on delivering exceptional hospitality in AC services.

Wade enjoys life with his wonderful wife and two children, along with their pampered dog, Daisy.
