At 4 AM, I called Gene's Plumbing as the water from our well had stopped flowing completely. Gene's Plumbing called me back immediately and set up a time that day to come out. The two workers were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. By that afternoon, they brought the equipment and materials, and we had water flow restored before dinnertime. The work was excellent, and their price was very reasonable.

I resisted calling this plumbing service for years. Kept hearing they are really expensive! So I nickled and dimed it for years with this one and that one, invested money in several sump pumps that failed me. Couldn't get anyone to address an emergency and when the power goes out or the sump pump isn't working - it's an emergency.

Finally fed up! Called Gene's Plumbing Service. They will work with you, most of all listen to your concerns. A new, larger sump pump was installed, had some lines cleaned out. Couldn't believe all the gook! I never pour oil down a drain but just the stuff that can unknowingly get through is amazing.

Nothing will save me from a power outages, but they have given me some piece of mind. At least every downpour doesn't fill me with dread! They are MY choice all the way.

Ok I dont get it how in the world you got a 4 star rating when you didnt even come on time, and did a shitty job on the diverter of the shower!!! You did not fix it! What you did is that you just changed the faucet with a new one that has a pull up knob - still didnt work! Watwr coming out from the faucet and the shower head at the same time! Good grief!

This company is wonderful. We have been customers for several years now. They always respond quickly, do excellent work and at a fair price. Once we called at 5:30pm on a Friday. The guys had just clocked out, phoned their wives to say they were on the way home, and then we called with a water heater that I was afraid was actually going to explode. They turned around, came right over and worked with us to get the water heater out and a new one installed. They were so gracious, so kind. They now take care of our septic system also. We feel confident and safe with each of them. What a pleasure their whole company is!

Had an emergency on a holiday weekend and called 3 plumbers emergency number. Gene's is the only one to call back and they showed up an hour later and snaked the line. Weekend saved.
