When they installed the unit less than a year ago, they didn't even bother to put the oil cap back on, and all the oil blew out the top. I have a rag sticking out of the oil fill hole, and they're telling me it will be six weeks before they can come out and install a new cap, which would take about thirty seconds. Now I'm going to have to order one myself from Genrac and do it myself. Just hope the unit doesn't blow up before then. These people are the worst - stay away.
