Charlie M.STOP!!!STOP!!! STOP!!!! Please go with any company other than Generator Supercenter. I purchased a generator and my relative purchased a generator at the same time. We both had the worst experience working with a professional company. WE continued to get the run around trying to get the generator installed. Not until I spoke with Jason did I get it installed. I purchased the monitoring, but did not get the devise installed. They had the audacity to ask me for the remaining balance when they have not even completed installing the monitoring devise. My relative still has not gotten her carbon monoxide detector installed but they want the balance paid. Consumers PLEASE go with another company. WORST experience.
Richard L.Terrible customer relations will lie to you about everything. Salesman and manager both lied and kept 1104 00 dollars of my 3000.00 dollar deposit and never came to my home to install generator
