Needed a new water heater at my home...called Generations Plumbing due to them being based in the Murrieta/Temecula area and Alex quickly got back in touch with me to arrange a suitable appointment time. He was extremely professional and efficiently removed the old one (and hauled it away) and installed the new one. I got a quality water heater installed for far less money than the ""big box store"" wanted to charge including an outside company's installation. Alex seems like a pleasant and trustworthy family man and a very proficient plumber. I recommend him highly.

we were in town moving my wife's grandparents out of their house and getting it ready to sell. one of the things we had to do was put new toilets in after the new floor went in because lets face it nobody like 17 year old toilets in a house that has been completely gone through to put it on the market. i threw my back out and could barely get the toilet out of my truck to the bathroom. being in a hurry because of a deadline of July 1 to get the house on the market, i called these guys and they came out the same day put the toilet together and installed it. the guy that came out was professional and did a good job. if my back hadn't of gone out i would have done it but these guys pulled through for me in a bind.

You can depend on Generations! I've used Alex twice now for some plumbing at my house. First time he replaced some tub and shower fixtures in two bathrooms. Second time I called him out to replace my hot water heater. While he was there I had him test my water pressure. Turns out my pressure regulator wasn't working and I was pushing way over 110 psi into my house. Not good and could of had a pipe blow. So the pressure regulator got replaced with the water heater. Alex works clean and cleans up when he's done. Great customer service and reasonably priced.
