We had our water heater go out, and called 3 plumbers. Alex was the only one to return our call, and did so very quickly. My wife was home alone, and being somewhat new homeowners she was a little frazzled by the water leaking around the garage. Over the phone, Alex helped her turn off the water to the water heater and gave us a very reasonable quote on a replacement.

The next day, he came first thing in the morning and verified the situation. Within two hours he had swapped our old water heater for a new one and our house has never had hotter water. Great pricing, very professional and reliable. Highly recommend.

Very recently, my family retained Generations Plumbing Co. to replace our broken water heater. The morning we discovered it was leaking, I immediately searched Yelp for a highly rated plumber, which led me to phoning Alex Flores.

During my initial call with Alex, he asked me several questions about the existing water heater and then provided a thorough explanation of the repair process. He then provided me with a quote and an appointment time for the same afternoon.

Approximately a half hour prior to my appointment window, Alex phoned me to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, he assessed the damage and again went over the repair process step-by-step. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and I found him to be very personable and professional.

Approximately 3 hours later, Alex left us with a brand new water heater that is working great!

I have never written a review on anything or anybody before. I now have to because Alex of Generations Plumbing is a Rock Star and needs to be recognized.

It started back in October after trying to educate ourselves on tankless water heaters, Alex not only provided the pros and cons, but his bid was incredibly competitive and we went with him and had a Noritz tankless water heater installed. He was unbelievably professional, meticulous and just plain good.

After that we also hired him to install a faucet in our laundry sink. I know this doesn't sound like a tough job but the original facet was almost 20 years old with tons of corrosion that would have made a DIY very challenging. Another very reasonably priced professional job.

This brings me to today. Last night my wife and I returned home from visiting family back East for the Holidays. We came home to a busted main water pipe in our front yard. I called Alex at 7 PM last night and explained the situation. He made some calls to rearrange today's schedule so he could be at our house this morning to assess the problem. After much digging and calling an assistant he was able to identify where the break was and fix it. After over 5 hours of hard work, the problem is fixed, you would never know area was dug up and I was able to shower. When seeing the extent of the problem last night, having water back on this afternoon was not a bet I would have taken.

This guy is really good and I highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.

I especially recommend Alex if you are considering a tankless water heater. He really knows this product area and does not cut any corners when installing one.
