I needed to have a whole house water filter installed and I called all the ""big name"" plumbers in the Rockford area. Besides getting the run around with missed appointments, extremely high prices and service call fees (For an Estimate!) I was at the end of my rope when I got a call from Generation Plumbing Inc. They saw a post I had made online and offered up their services. I explained what I needed done, and Gene quoted me on his labor. VERY AFFORDABLE. I made the appointment and not only was he on time, he arrive 10 mins early. My wife showed him what needed to be done and he went right after it. Within 2 hours (time quoted) he was done. Actually he finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He explained what he had done, showed me the parts he had to put in (i did not have all the parts needed). Final bill 100 bucks. Awesome. To put this into perspective, other ""so called"" plumbers (I like to refer to them as crooks) wanted to charge over 300! Gene @Generation Plumbing is an honest plumber who offers a fair price for quality work.

I am so glad they found my post (of desperation) and performed a quality job! I would definitely refer Generation Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and refer them to all my neighbors!
