We had an electrical GFI outlet in the bathroom that overheated and melted the neutral wire onto the outlet which could have led to an electrical fire. . We turned off the breaker and immediately called Generation III. Jerry, the owner came over within the hour surveyed the situation and replaced the outlet. Meticulous and clean worker. Checked all the wiring and even went into the breaker panel box the check all the wiring connections. Extremely professional. Great local family business. I strongly recommend them!

A neighbor recommended Generation III and I used them to replace my hot my water heater last year. The customer service was excellent during the entire process--speedy replies, on-time service, etc.--but once we paid them (they're pricey) that quickly ended. Since then I've called them multiple times for other plumbing issues and they never call back. Now I'm having an issue with the hot water heater they supplied and installed, and guess what? They won't return return my calls. Please don't use these folks.

Jerry and his team are First Rate ! They replaced my AC with one days notice, in the middle of a heat wave. They installed a 3ton Trane unit for the 1st floor of my house, all of the work was completed quickly, completely in a nice neat fashion without disturbing the rest of the house. No dust, dirt or footprints were left behind. In fact the only way we knew they had been there was that we were nice and cool !

PS - This is not the 1st time we have used GEN III, but the results are always the same.....perfection

Nope, nope, nope. Two guys showed up to install my dishwasher. One stood there the entire hour and did NOTHING. After they left, I went to put dishes in the dishwasher and the entire thing came out of the cabinet!
They didn't even screw it in! My husband had to redo the whole thing after he got home. Then, instead of swiping my card to pay, they WRITE DOWN YOUR CC # on their invoice! The next day, there were 3 fraudulent charges on my CC card that AMEX alerted me to. Had to replace my CC. They charged me $275 for one hour of shoddy work that we had to re-do and none of it was actual plumbing work... only installing the dishwasher. No thanks.

I was referred to Generation lll by a close friend. I had been experiencing intermittent heating problems with a gas fired boiler and was getting extremely frustrated...worked one day, not the next. I spoke with Chris (who could not have been nicer or more pleasant) and she said she would try to get get back to me within the hour. She did and 30 minutes after that, their truck was in my driveway. An hour after that, problem solved! Service and professionalism was way beyond what I've ever had in the past. I was a new customer today...not anymore. I'll never call anyone else! Thank you so much!

An issue with our pipes caused water to flood out of downstairs 1/2 bath when the upstairs shower was used. I called around several plumbers who ""would get back to me"" or couldn't give me any kind of quote estimate. Generation III was on their way in a few hours, gave me accurate estimate of what it would cost if their diagnosis was correct, and had it fixed in a timely fashion. Their technician was professional and friendly.

They also do HAVC servicing without requiring a contract, and their prices for that are incredibly reasonable.

Highly recommend for plumbing, heating and air. If only all service providers were this reliable.
