Late Thursday night, I had plumbing emergency where I noticed leak under my kitchen sink. I have heard many good things about GeneralSF, and thought to give that company a call. Yevgeny came out on short notice. He explained what he is going to do in details and transparently. As he worked to fix the leak, he was also patiently explaining what he was doing. He was able to fix the leak in no time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in getting the job done and is a true professional. I am thoroughly impressed by professionalism and ability to fix the problems in the timely manner. I am going to go with GeneralSF from now on for all my plumbing needs.

The power of my parents' home went out with the recent rain storm. I called GeneralSF to schedule an appointment. Yevgeny showed much care and concern for my elderly parents and kindly went to their home within an hour's time to assess their situation. He was able to quickly provide the possible explanations for their power outage. Rather than recommending his professional services, he first suggested that my parents call upon PGE to do a service call (free of charge) to check their power lines. Yevgeny was right. PGE came and ended up changing out the power line from the electrical pole to the house. This saved my parents thousands of dollars. He is a very kind and professional gentleman. I would trust his judgment.

Once again, Yevgeny was there to help me out. 4 years ago Yevgeny picked up and installed a new hot water heater after my 10-year old one failed.

Waking up to a cold shower this morning I called Yevgeny and he was at my house 30 minutes later. Came in... checked over his old work and just like that i was back up and running.

Asked for no money - fixed our problem -- and he wished us a happy Friday.
