Yevgeny was prompt in answering my emergency call on Sunday for a failing hot water heater leaking into the laundry room below creating a mess. He quickly diagnosed the problem after arriving that same afternoon and stopped the leak. He made a very thorough estimate of my options and discussed them at length with me for a price that I know to be competitive since I got two quotes.

I would highly recommend him, especially for plumbing or electric needs. He is friendly and thorough in his communication. He stands by the quality of his work and clearly prides himself in running an excellent business!

Well, as always, the plumbing problem started on a Friday evening when water in the downstairs bathroom started to overflow. I contacted a plumber we'd used before, who said he'd come the next day. No show, no answers to calls...I started calling people I knew for referrals. No one returned my calls. I checked Yelp, got a callback from a plumber who was too busy to take the job, but referred me to someone else...who didn't answer or return the call. The water department came about 8pm Saturday, but that only helped on the street. Our problem continued. Sunday morning, I searched for any plumber who was working. That was Yevgeny, With some trepidation, I called him. Next time I need any help, he'll be the person I call. He let me know how soon he could arrive, gave us an honest estimate on the phone, revised it when he realized the job might be bigger than he'd thought during the phone call, but then found a way to solve the problem for a much lower amount and with a lot less dislocation. He is honest, hard-working, smart, and did a great job, cleaning up the mess and tackling a few small issues he found in the process. I recommend him to anyone.
