Do not ever call these people. If you need a plumber call anyone else and receive a honest quote. These people quoted me over 6 thousand to replace a tankless hot water unit. Which I ended up paying another company 2300 for the exact same water heater replacement and a gas line upgrade. They also charged me 200 dollars to tell me something I already knew. Also expected me to be without hot water tell they had a chance to come out in the middle of winter! This company is a general rip off service. Be extremely cautious with these people. What they didn't know was that I am in the construction trade and am fully aware of there dishonesty. I do not understand people that do business like this. Save your money and stay away from scam artists.

Our home has a tankless water heater. Suddenly, we lost all hot water pressure and I saw a ""16"" error code. Eddie responded to our need and arrived within our window. He diagnosed the issue, flushed the system, and we are now in good shape. He is AMAZING. He managed our expectations, suggested that 25% of these repair jobs leave a small inconsequential drip. We have had no drips. It is not that we missed the drip. It is that we told us what May happen. His repair cost was 100% in line with his estimate. And, since we both love dogs, we had a great conversation while waiting for the system to cleanse. I will use him for annual maintenance in the future.

Wow, what a horrible experience. I understand that calling a plumber can be and is expensive just for the call, but, I expect that a person would show up and actually know some about plumbing?!? The service call was $199. OK, not a horrible price. The person shows up, watched him on my camera, he fiddles around for about an hour, not sure what he did, says its fixed, I give him a check and he leaves. Then, 1/2 hr later, my pipe is leaking again. I call the person who was here and he says ""well, I'll probably need to replace a valve and that'll be another hundred dollars."" I asked what the $199 covered and why did he tell me it was fixed? No answer to that question. So, I cancel everything related to this company, hire another guy who comes out, fixes it, charges me $25 for the valve and $40 to fix what General Service Plumbing did not fix and handed me an invoice for $65. Of course I gave him $100 for his help. I'm feel like General Service guy might be some kind of scam, but, not accusing, just could not believe I got charged $199 for absolutely nothing for a job the next guy did for $65 AND included the ""additional"" job that I was told was needed.

called this company to fix my tankless water heater. My tank is outside and my thermostat is inside on the other side of the wall. I was getting error codes on my thermostat and it shut down. the tech determined I needed a new thermostat he charged me 99.00 he also charged me 45.00 for a new cable even though there was one already there. the labor was 150.00 total paid 299.97 he advised me to get a complete service done on the tank for 350.00 he left the new thermostat hanging on my stucco wall outside the house. he did not remove the old one inside the house, but he disconnected it. The problem continued, but now i had to go outside to reset it. when we had heavy rain the thermostat turned off. I called back. to my surprise the breaker tripped. he didn't charge me for the return visit but he ASKED ME FOR A TIP. I ignored his request. the following week I called another company. turns out all I needed was a flushing with vinegar. The insult was that, I didn't need a new thermostat at all or a cable. All the old stuff was reconnected and it all worked. The new company charged me 125.00 for flushing out my water lines in the tankless heater.

Our tankless heater was showing an error, so I called them and they were able to come on the same day.
We ended up having to replace the entire system, because the parts were adding up.
He did a great job explaining all the parts and issues, and never hesitated answering my 38475 questions (sometimes regarding other plumbing issues).
I also hired them to install an outdoor shower for our pool area.
I Definatelly recommend them!

Bad company..... I should have known when I called to make an appointment and the person at the other end of the line didn't even ask for my phone number or my name. I could tell he wasn't interested in my business. I called to get an estimate on installing a tankless water heater. The earliest anyone could come out was in two days which was fine with me. the guy would be coming out anytime from 8-10am. He stated that someone would call in the morning of the appointment. I waited til 10am and no show. So I called them back and asked to speak to the owner. They asked me what it was about and I told them and they said the owner wasn't there. I asked them to have the owner contact me when he returned. Never called back.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !! I wish I could give them a NO star !!
Going to contact BBB next and the company that recommended that I call them.
