2 p.m. I placed my first call 2 GPM gentleman gets on the phone I explain the situation he asked me a couple questions and says that he will call me back in 15 minutes he then called me back in 15 minutes and explain that he will have a technician at my home within the next 30 minutes

The technician arrived in 20 minutes I explain to him what was going on he grabbed two parts from his truck headed to the pump house within 20 minutes he knew exactly what was going on and explained to me in detail on what it would take to repair I authorize the repairs he fixed everything as well as put a pressure gauge on the system and angled it so I can see it from the top of the pump house which was above and beyond what I asked this was all done within 2 hours at a very reasonable price and I'll Parts work MSRP this is a top-notch company that you can trust they treated me like a neighbor and I've never met any of them before today highly recommend them to anybody for honest reliable diagnosis and repair

Fixed well to have it fail in 2 days. Overcharged for labor - they didn't bring a pump, charged me labor to go back and get it while they used my pump instead. Almost 2 hrs in drive time for nothing. Parts were prices well over retail (50 instead is 15 retail). Since husband was out of town u feel they completely used the fact I was uninformed about situation to overcharge me. Other places rated work at 200, they charged 600. We still had to fix it all again 2 days later. Total ripoff and careless business practices.

The black box controller for my well pump went out and this outfit had it fixed by the end of the day. Mark Haukeli quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was very expert and thorough. It wasn't cheap to fix but I thought it was reasonable given the quick service. I will use them again. When you have no water at your house things get sticky fast!
