This is exactly the local family business I like to support instead of the big box stores. I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom so had to make many trips here and to Home Depot. HD was filled with workers, but getting someone to help you and really know what they are doing was frustrating! I had a 30 year part that I needed to find which was discontinued but General Supply had a good supply of Moen ( the older model tub/shower installation with specific handles).

I want to give a shout-out to Carlos( he really knows what is needed), Anthony and Michael. Everyone was great there and helpful, but these gentleman especially Carlos who went above and beyond and gave excellent service. They are assets to this company and I hope these men are acknowledged for that.

From now on, coming straight here for my plumbing needs! They do it right and just their knowledge of what would work or not even based on a 30 year old part was very helpful! They knew more than my contractors and plumbers that I was tempted to hire them instead lol because they knew what they were doing!

This is my first bathroom remodel. It has taken me months to decide on vanity, tub, toilet/washlet, fixtures and lighted mirror. Thank goodness for Carlos Zaragoza In plumbing sales. I have been to 6 plumbing stores around Bay Area until a contractor recommended Carlos. He is so knowledgable. If he doesn't know answer, he researches it and gets back promptly. No other store has offered this customer support. Very good prices too. I will always use Carlos in future though it isn't my local store.

I was looking for a specific faucet, Grohe Concetto, Super Steel, kitchen faucet. I called and Chase did a great job to check if they have it in-stock. Even though they did not have it, he went extra mile to check inventory in Walnut Creek and he said, it can be there at Brentwood the next day! He gave me the exact amount of how much I have to pay. After 2 days, I called again if I could stop by and pick it up. Met Jon, another great guy from the showroom! He was with a customer when I walk by but he made sure that he will be right there. That acknowledgement is a a huge plus! Kudos to all the guys working at this branch! They are all amazing!! The place could be busy but they know what they're doin, so it's always a fast and pleasant transaction! Thanks for all that you do!

Big thanks to Kate Brady for responding to me on a Sunday, and assisting me with a warranty issue on a 13 year old faucet. Same with parts department last week on helping me track down my order from 13 years ago and getting the part ordered. Well done all!!

He was very helpful, knowledgeable and way above and beyond to exceed our expectations on finding what he was looking for. A great asset to the company and just wanted the company to know that Jon has great customer service and it is truly appreciated since these days everyone can be a little short and not very friendly. This General Plumbing location is as good as it gets! I have years of experience with plumbing companies - these folks are super helpful and informative. Rich at the counter went up-and-beyond to help us with ordering a pump and getting all the parts we needed. He even contacted the pump company for us to ensure we had everything we needed. If you need ANYTHING, you should call or visit this location. THEE BEST!

I personally love this place. I call, they have the part, and problem solved. I've come in- granted with a house with so many new shouldn't suck like this - and they advise me how to fix - I'm the DYI mama who refuses to pay extra- fix it and move on. So far we have fixed, shit stems on a dual vanity and a water heater less than 4 years old. They have every answer !! Thank you!!!?
