This General Plumbing location is as good as it gets! I have years of experience with plumbing companies - these folks are super helpful and informative. Rich at the counter went up-and-beyond to help us with ordering a pump and getting all the parts we needed. He even contacted the pump company for us to ensure we had everything we needed. I personally love this place. I call, they have the part, and problem solved. I've come in- granted with a house with so many new shouldn't suck like this - and they advise me how to fix - I'm the DYI mama who refuses to pay extra- fix it and move on. So far we have fixed, shit stems on a dual vanity and a water heater less than 4 years old. They have every answer !! Thank you!!!?

The staff is amazing! I needed help locating a special faucet that up until that point seemed impossible. I called Gen. Plumbing and spoke to Erik, he found me a faucet that was nearly identical, same size and finish. The customer service was great, I really felt like these guys put in the extra work in order to help me with this, even going as far as emailing me back and forth when I had questions. Thanks, Erik! And everyone else at General Plumbing Supply, i highly recommend the Brentwood location to anyone! You won't regret it.

I went in looking for a cartridge for my Koehler kitchen faucet and they did not have in stock. The counter guy Carlos went above and beyond by identifying the cartridge I needed along with list of places and phone numbers that may have it in stock. Excellent customer service from him. I will definitely be coming back for any plumbing needs.

I went in for a quick question about a random piece I have been trying to hunt down. The guy at the front desk saw me walk in, and deliberately walked the opposite way down an aisle to avoid me. I waited, competely alone for a couple of minutes... and when he came back with stuff in his hand, he pointedly made me wait while he put them down, jotted a note down, checked his computer and only asked if he could help once it was painfully clear he would have to address me. I have NEVER been treated this way, made to feel this way in a place of business. This guy clearly judged me, and did not deem me important enough for him to waste his time. He even asked the manager (Johnny?) If he had heard of the thing I was looking for, in a sarcastic type tone. Based off this interaction, I will definitely not be returning for any reason.

I wish they had a negative rating. I ordered my fixtures and tub from them since they had better quality products than Lowe's or Home Depot. All of my order was special order and took 4 weeks for delivery, which we were ok with. The problem is the design center ordered wrong fixtures and incorrect tub. Every time we turned around and opened a box, it was wrong. Their response was very poor when I was trying to get correct products rushed. Didn't have much luck with the manager as well. He only called back when the delivery came. I will never use them again.

I wish I could give less than 1 star but unfortunately I have to give 1 star. I went in and spoke to a gentlemen in the design center, it was close to them closing for the day so he asked me to send him an email about what we were looking for, I did as he asked and after 5 days he never returned my email!! I called 4 more times for him that week all to be treated incredibly rude by the guys who answer the phone!!! Customer service there is awful all the way around!!!!
