Worst experience ever. We are actually about to sue this company. Jerry and his crew were on-sight doing the plumbing for a new home build of mine. For some reason, they left the job early before they could get things correct. So, right now, I cannot get the faucets and showers to get hot water flowing through them. We have been in the house for months now taking lukewarm showers every day. And what is Jerry's response to this? Well, he just won't answer the phone anymore when I beg him to please take a look at things and figure out where the lines got crossed. He will not acknowledge that this could be his fault, and he wouldn't even come out on time to check his work. We are turning him into every agency that we can, including the plumbing licensing board. We want his license revoked so that nobody else has to go through the pain we have every day

Jerry and his team did an awesome job. The vendors make water heaters too big for doors these days and Jerry's team was able to squeeze it into the back of my closet. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I first met Jerry when he came out to troubleshoot problems with a french drain. He had all the equipment and the manpower needed to run a camera the entire length of the line until we realized that 30' of PVC is missing. Along the way, he found slow leaks that he fixed and when he was done, his guys cleaned up the entire area, and even raked some debris that had built up against a fence.

So when I bought a house, I didn't hesitate to call GPS. Jerry and his guys came out right away and helped me prioritize my to-do list. When I decided to sell a fridge and a claw foot tub, his guys came out the next day and disconnected everything for me, and stayed to disconnect a gas dryer and a washing machine.

They have consistently gone above and beyond. I know I'm in good hands. I would recommend Jerry to anyone, for any type of job. He does it all - large and small. I have peace of mind knowing that if I have an emergency, Jerry and his crew will take care of me.

His prices are fair and he is very accessible. His associates are polite, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had a Sunday plumbing problem (of course!) and tried to fix it myself. Home Depot, rent the snake, spin poo water all over my bathroom, etc..... Anyway, I did not succeed. I was referred to Jerry Peralez (owner of GPS) by a friend in the plumbing biz and was very pleased.

He came out early the next day and fixed the problem; roots at the city connection. Not only did I not fix it myself, I never would. It was way past the length of the snake I rented. Jerry and his crew found a buried clean-out in my flower bed, and scoped out the situation after clearing the clog. He called the city to let them know it was on "their side" and made sure that they would address the problem, and then the flower bed was put back in order. He even put a little box around the clean-out so it would not be forgotten again. Toilet was put back on (they wore little booties) and they were gone.

I was shocked at how little he charged and how much I got out of the visit. I would suggest him to anyone.
