I was having a meltdown. While I tried to fix my bathroom faucet myself, the water lines broke. I thought I had tightened down the shuts off valves under my sink, but I arrived home from work with a flooded bathroom. I called GPS and to my surprise had a live voice answer. I explained my dilemma; he was very courteous and said he was in the middle of a job and would come directly over once finished. He asked me to text him my address and he would give me an ETA. He directed me on how to shut off the main water to my house, but it was broken as well. He was a man of his word and came right over and rescued me. I now have a functional faucet and a means to turn off my water to my house in an emergency.

He was honest, reasonable prices and great workmanship, I would recommend him to anyone. In fact I just recommended him to my sister.

This is our second time using GPS. We had a rubber washer machine hose that would not disconnect from faucet adapter even when we tried oiling it. We had GPS come out because we did not want to break the line. Chris did a wonderful job even though the head completely broke off due to erosion he was able to save the line so we did not have to cut into the drywall and replace the entire unit. While turning off our water he also notice that the main water valve outside had a leak and fixed that as well. Thank you to Chris & Mike for taking the time and making things right, also for educating us on other potential hazards that we may take care on our own.

Twice we have needed a good honest plumber in a hurry and called General Plumbing Of Menifee. He was honest, fair, fast, professional. He helped us with some additional plumbing issues just from kindness. He is very reasonably priced and straightforward in telling you what needs to be done to solve issues.
What a blessing to find an experienced and excellent plumber who is also honest and kind. 5 stars for sure.

Chris did an excellent job with a mainline backup that ultimately involved jackhammering my garage floor. This was not a cheap process and Chris is not a cheap plumber. If I wanted a cheap plumber I'd have called my handyman and taken my chances, but for something like this it needs to be done right. I found his prices in line with what I expected.

Chris was willing to come out on Saturday night due to the urgency of the situation, which four other 5-star Yelp plumbers were either not willing or able to do. Not fun for him to do that I'm sure, but hopefully the fat check eases the pain a bit. As it happened, this turned into a three and a half day job.

Chris and his crew were at all times professional, friendly, courteous, and informative. He gave me options, warned me in advance about what he knew and what he had yet to uncover and so was not yet sure about. He was up front about various costs and gave me opportunities to opt out or get additional competing quotes, and he was suitably concerned about the accumulating financial hit that was coming down on me. Not that he could do much about that, but it's always better to work with someone who displays awareness and empathy for the customer.

Frankly I hope I never have the need to see him again, but if I once again run into stanky muck I know who I'm going to call to bail me out.

We recently purchased a new home and began a large scale renovation. In anticipation of a new stove delivery we discovered the gas line needed to be relocated.
