Thank you Soldier! (He is an Army vet) I had a 'brain fart' moment when I attempted to nail up a chalk board for my wife and poked a two holes though a drain pipe in my wall.(what a loser!) Had a big leak under the kitchen sink (read: everything saturated) also had trouble with the dishwasher not draining. Could this be related? Went on Yelp and read reviews on plumbers, and contacted General Plumbing Service. Chris got back to me within 45 minutes and was here within another 45 minutes. Started diagnosing the problem and explaining everything as he went along. Needed some unclog work and a new faucet which he went with me to get a new one and advise on. He is the ultimate in customer service, very professional, very helpful, honest, and reasonable. I will be a customer for life! Thanks Chris!

Chris was beyond professional! I had several issues happening in my home, that were very minor but definitely needed to be looked at. I was once a plumber for a short while and knew the signs to look for when it came to ""this & that, needs to be replaced."" Chris blew me away within 5 minutes checking different areas of the home and finding the true issue of why I was consistently fixing and repairing small things. ""Flappers, fill valves, gaskets"".... He revealed that my PRV was bad and allowing way above recommend water pressure into my house, causing to much pressure into all faucets, showers, & toilets. Chris came to my house Friday late afternoon, showed me the issues, and I asked him if I could try the repairs myself or wait over the weekend to think about it all. Chris proceeded to stay in constant contact and texted me bright & early Monday morning to check on any progress. I
asked him to go ahead and go fourth with all the repairs, not only did he go to Home Depot with me and help pick out dependable parts but gave me a breakdown of each one and why this one was better in this aspect or this one is better for longevity. Followed me home, completed all the work, cleaned up as if no one was there and then waited an extra 30-45 minutes to make sure we had no unknown leaks. He helped me on the price and I could not be any happier! I would give him 12 stars if possible, Chris you rock & everyone should be using this man!
