We've had several plumbers to our residence over the years and I am thrilled to have finally found one who is dedicated, educated, and reasonable with the prices.

Many things have been neglected in our older home in Menifee, so I prepared a list before he arrived. He communicated very well our appointment time, when he was on the way, and when he arrived at the house.

He talked me out of many things on the list but then did make a recommendation for something that might ""assist"" our old pipes and his quote was way more reasonable than a competitor had given us in the past for the same or similar service.

The most important issue when he arrived in late December 2023 was a clogged bathroom sink and he had it unclogged in no time after my efforts not only failed but made the problem even worse; go figure. The price was very reasonable.

Great service and very detailed about his work. Had an emergency on New Year's Eve and he was able to come at 6pm!! He took care of our plumbing issue and was able to correct what our old contractor failed to do when our bathroom was renovated last year. VERY reasonable pricing!! On Sunday we had our toilet over flow and thankfully my husband was home before it got too far. I spent the day fixing the internal workings and found there was a small leak at the shut off valve. Decided to DIY it on you tube and change to quarter turn shut off valve. Long story short, I shrank the copper pipe using a compression sleeve puller. I cried, I called Chris from General plumbing services and he came out immediately 6:30pm and had it fixed in under 30 min without cutting into the wall. He is great and did not charge us an arm and a leg. His name is now in the contacts section of my phone and I will never DIY plumbing like that again.

We recently had issues with our shower head pressure and leaking. I hired Chris to come out to take a look. He was timely, super knowledgeable, competitive rates and very easy to work with. He fixed up the shower as good as new, and I rehired him to do some other work (replacing faucets). I consider Chris 'my' plumber now. I would not trust anyone else to do a better job.

I messaged Chris on a Sunday evening before the Memorial Day holiday because we noticed an unusual amount of water from the water heater on the garage floor. He replied instantaneously and was up front/honest about what to expect in terms of cost and time to get the job done. We then set up a time for the very next day (today)...yes, he's that responsive and respectful of your time. A true professional! Upon arrival, we shook hands and got to the heart of the matter. He suggested the best and most reliable way to make sure we wouldn't encounter this issue with the water heater for years to come. His pricing is very fair and honest. When he finished the job, he suggested other items to maintain around the house given the age of our home. He did not twist our arm into getting them done, but assured us that he's happy to help. Very well experienced and you can tell Chris is dedicated to his job. After he fixed the leak in my garage, he explained to me all the possibilities regarding my pipes. I have an old house. And instead of offering his service right there and then, he encouraged me to shop around and check other plumbers. He is now my go to plumber. He is prompt, polite, he cares for his customer, and will give you all the good and bad of the plumbing situation you're in. I am very pleased and satisfied with his work.

My grandmother's water heater stopped working. We called Chris at General Plumbing Services. He came same day to repair. We decided to replace the water heater Chris did the install and we had hot water same day. He was very informative and respectful, we've used his company a few times since then. Hopefully you only need his services Monday through Friday from 9:00-5;00. And Hopefully you don't need to know an actual time he's arriving. Even though Chris agreed to text when he was on his way, he did Not. Here is his reply to my question as to wh:, Hello, I had the appointment in my phone for 5:00? I was there until about 5:15. I rang and knocked but saw no car. I don't text or call customers as I can't keep all the phone numbers from each call. I don't usually accept after hours appointments for non emergency calls so if that's what you need I will have to suggest other companies. I can work for you 9-5 Monday through Friday..
Here is our Original communication when I made the appointment:Hello: it is very difficult to schedule late afternoon appointments as they are subject to prior appointment considerations. With that said we may be able to do something Wednesday after 5 but allow for flexibility in show up time?
That sounds Fine! Just text me when you're on your way. Thank you So Much!
And All of this is After we had Chris install 3 new toilets, and fix 2 shower faucets. Obviously he does Not need your business and does Not value his customers or their loyalty.

Chris came to my home to install a new toilet and supply line valve (angle stop). He told me toilet install would be $125. He told me valve would be $85. I supplied the toilet and the supply hose. He supplied the valve. He asked me to turn off water to the house and the well. I did. He finished those two things in 30-40 minutes. He asked me to turn on the water and well so he could check the toilet. It worked great. Because I liked his attitude, I asked him to replace two hose bibs outside the house. He said ok. He asked me to turn off the water to the house, again, including the well, and then to open every faucet in the house. I did all that. He replaced the bibs in 17-22 minutes. He asked me to turn on the water, well, and all the faucets to check the seals. I did. Bibs worked fine. He then wrote me a bill for FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY US DOLLARS ($430). He was here one (1) hour. He supplied a valve, 2 hose bibs, tools for job, insurance, a plumbers license, and knowledge. Yep.
