DO NOT use this company. My general contractor hired this company to handle a couple of plumbing issues in my house.
The first time Hugo came over was to look at our master bathroom toilet. The caulk around the bottom trim of the toilet kept cracking because the toilet would bounce up/down whenever we sat on it/got off it. He told me he the toilet is ""defective"" and that it's not made to go all the way down to the floor and that the bottom rim probably isn't smooth all the way around. I proceeded to show him my 2nd bathroom where the exact model toilet was installed and sat all the way flush to the floor. His response, ""oh okay, I guess it is made to go all the way to the floor."" He then suggested just taking the caulk off where the toilet meets the floor that way it wouldn't matter if the toilet bounced. He said he never caulks this area. I asked, ""How you keep pee from flowing under the toilet if my very young boys make a mistake?"" His response, ""good point."" Long story short, the toilet wasn't defective at all it was the floor my contractor installed that wasn't level!!
The 2nd time this clown came out to my house he was again called by my GC however; this time it was to look at my leaking kitchen sink. After roughly 15 minutes of inspecting the drain he told me there is no leak. I assured him there was and I crawled under my sink to find the leak myself as he stood by. I pointed the leak out to him and he said ""oh it's very small"" as if that's normal! Needless to say the sink still leaks. I called Hugo out again and he told me the sink is ""defective"". He said when he came out to 1st time to repair the sink he observed the sink was ""oval"" and not flat therefore it's ""defective"". Interestingly he NEVER pointed this out to me when he went ahead and repaired the leak the first time now suddenly the sink is ""defective"" like my toilet is ""defective"". This company is a JOKE!

We were regrouting the tile in our bathroom when our tile contractor pointed out some rot in the subfloor area, so we called this company to come out and take a look at the area under the house to determine if we had a leak and how badly the sub floor was damaged.
The dispatcher we spoke to on the phone said that there would be no charge for them to take a look at it, but when the technician arrived, we were told it was $150 for the inspection. We were on a time crunch, since the tile guys were just waiting for us to decide how we wanted to proceed, so a $150 later, the plumber came back up from underneath the house and told us that the entire pipe system needs to be gutted and replaced.
We, are of course, freaked at the prospect of a simple tile refresh turning in to a complete gutting of the bathrooms, so we call our home owner's insurance to see if this was covered damage or not, and they send out a different plumber who specializes in leak detection, he goes under the house and says that the pipes look great, considering their age, no leaks besides the area around the flange that caused the damage to the subfloor in the first place, and that the plumber we spoke to before was probably selling us bill of goods.
Avoid. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I wish I had turned to Yelp, instead a Yahoo search came up with this firm in the top results suggesting they were local to my city and the #1 plumber in Pleasanton.

My water heater had a degrading flex connector and was dripping when I first noticed the condition. I called this firm and was promised that the firm's technicians carried flex connectors on their trucks and could replace the degrading connector. When I spoke to the technician assigned, I confirmed by phone the night before the house call my explicit interest in having the flex connector replaced. The technician agreed.
I received a call from my wife stating the technician charged $125 to tighten the flex line connector on my water heater and then tried to sell my wife a new water heater.

More than 30 days later, General is still trying to bill for non-existent services.

Do not hire this co. The technician who came to my house was very unprofessional did a lousy job and due his negligence to diagnose a broken sewer pipe in my house, I incurred a bill over $1000 to clean the mess the broken pipe did. a second Co diagnosed my problem.
