Johnny Morgan at General Plumbing & Rooter was a lifesaver. The hot water heater went out at my mom's house on a Sunday evening and we needed someone out right away. After the initial call into the 24/7 number, Johnny gave me a call and walked me through what the possible ailments could be, which unfortunately was a full replacement. He walked me through the pricing over the phone. Once I agreed that I wanted him to proceed he gave me his ETA since he was finishing up another job. He was right on the timing he gave me. Once he arrived he once again walked me through the pricing and explained exactly what he would be doing. Johnny was incredibly courteous through the process, cleaned up after the job was completed and walked us through what we may experience in the initial first uses of the water. I would definitely use General Plumbing & Rooter again and request Johnny Morgan.

Their customer service is great. I had them come out twice. The first gentlemen that came out did not see the issue (although there was water on the floor) and quoted me an unnecessarily high number. When Danny came out he professionally diagnosed the problem. We had conversations about plumbing and life that were very enjoyable. In the end, they fixed it for less money than I had initially expected.

Danny came out to inspect a 20"" corrugated metal storm drain pipe for my customer by ""snaking' his camera AND I needed it mapped out because of other factors involving the pipe so he mapped out the pipe using a detector to locate the camera. Before he began he was very honest and communicative regarding the limits that the camera might have. We pushed it in the pipe every 3-5 feet, detected the camera and then Danny marked the location for me. Fortunately all went well on this job. Whole process was very personable and professional. I can tell he really cared about the service he provided. As a 2nd generation general contractor who is protective and dedicated to my clients projects I highly recommend this company

Let me just say Johnny Morgan was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a burst pipe in our front yard and looked on yelp for recommendations and called General Plumbing who picked up the phone right away and within an hour Johnny came to our house to take a look at the situation. Fantastic plumbing company! We really appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and being able to decide if we wanted the work done after they diagnosed the issue (rather than just paying an straight hourly rate). Jon franklin came out when we had a backup in our sewer line and find the problem along with staff from General plumbing and did a great job getting our system to flow. Then they found the brakes in the sewer line fixing them quickly and getting our overall sewer line to the main line repaired in a short amount of time. Highly recommend them for sewer issues.

I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with Johnny and the rest of the good folks at General Plumbing & Rooter, with regard to repairing the busted main water pipe in front of my house. From first contact until all repairs were completed, Johnny was in constant communication with me, explaining everything to me, step by step. And his first estimate was the final price - no surprises or additional fees. Besides that fact that he was super professional, he was also always polite and an absolute gentleman. He made me feel like my plumbing job was the most important job he'd ever done. When the first attempt at repair wasn't successful (not his fault) he was very apologetic (even though he didn't need to be) and doubled his efforts to get the job done. By the time everything was done I felt like I had a new friend! Seriously, I will never use another plumbing company. And I will always ask for Johnny, because he was truly ""on the spot""!
