Miguel helped me fix a smoke alarm issue. He walked me thru what I need to do on the phone and it was super helpful. I had accidentally removed one of the wires from the alarm and I wasn't sure how to put it back. Miguel walked me thru the process. I finally figured out that I was fixing the wrong alarm. I replaced the batteries and now everything seems to be working fine.

I called Miguel at General Plumbing for service on a Saturday afternoon after I found water pooling at my water meter. Miguel told me that he'd come by Monday evening, as he was out of town the weekend I called. I was still getting pressure in the home, so I wasn't in a rush.

Miguel gave me a text Monday afternoon to confirm the time he was coming. He showed up on time with a crew member, Roland. Miguel told me he had come by earlier in the day to inspect the leak, so they were able to get right to repairing when they arrived. Miguel was patient in explaining the cause of the leak, showed me where on the pipe the leak occurred, the parts that were used to replace it, and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. In about an hour plus, they were complete. They kept the work area clean, set out a tarp to hold the sod and earth underneath, and replaced it perfectly upon completion of the job, and washed down the area too.

Miguel and his crew will be my go-to any time I am in need of any plumbing work. His prompt phone calls and texts, patience, customer service and quality of work are of the highest caliber.

6- Miguel has a sense of design and his advice were precious to us. Miguel understood from the beginning what we wanted to do.

Miguel and General Plumbing did a little bit of everything. Moved a laundry room, created a new 10 x 20 laundry room space and rebuilt a closet where the old laundry room existed. This involved; moving and re-plumbing the washer, dryer and water heater, re-wiring the new space, reconstructing and supporting a new floor, then re-tiling the complete space.

They were able to deal with some of the 'surprises' that develop when re-modeling a house and were courteous, polite and cleaned up each day.

I found General Plumbing on Yelp. Miguel was very overloaded with jobs but he made time to come the next day and evaluate my leaking water main pipe and give me a quote. The leak was very slow so I agreed to wait two weeks. His crew did the digging and replacement with plastic tubing. Miguel came the day after the pipe was replaced to put a top coating of concrete over the square area in my walk path. They did a very nice job and I would use them again.

I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them. They are so popular that you will probably need to schedule a time in the future.
