My water heater started leaking on a Friday afternoon and needed to be replaced over the weekend. These guys were willing to come on Saturday and charged a fair rate, even though it was a weekend, which I appreciated. To make it more complicated, before they started the installation my power had gone out from an unexpected storm, but they weren't deterred. I provided a work light and they were more than fine with that. They did the work quickly with no power in the house, even though it was a Saturday night. The prompt response and willingness to perform emergency work on a weekend was much appreciated. I'd highly recommend.

We called Gener Mechanical for various plumbing jobs needed around the house....all well done.  They fixed leaks, drainage problem, installation of water heater and fixed the boiler, gas pipe, etc.
These guys are professional, always punctual and courteous to work with...they are very responsible and helpful to  provide details to what needs to be done.  Highly recommended!

overall one very pleasant experience! it was easy to set up an appointment. the estimate was provided based on the photos and the price was reasonable. geni came few minutes before scheduled time. he did a great job installing two kitchen faucets and a water filter. he customized few things based on what i had envisioned. he was very professional and accommodating. i will definitely call him back when needed! thank you!

Made an appointment for 5:30pm the day prior for toilet installation which he totally forgot. He apologized and we setup another appointment for the next day for 6:00 pm. Told me he was leaving Manhattan at 6pm and wouldn't get to me till 8pm ... I can't judge their actual work performance but as far as reliability goes ... trash. For future reference, be professional. You have to call and let clients know ahead of time if you make or not and forgetting scheduled appointments is unacceptable. You waste a clients whole day waiting for you. Horrible

This was -- hands down -- the best experience I've ever had when it comes to plumbers. My hot water heater broke; National grid had to come shut off the gas because it was dangerous and GENER called back right away, got on the phone with National Grid and was at my home within 2 hours. They were capable, kind, FAIR, knowledgeable and calm. They fixed my water heater, reassured me, and then noticed something that was wrong with my shower head and offered to fix that too. Good people, great plumbers. Save their number. You'll want to call them. Best plumbers around.

Had a bit of an emergency and gave these guys a call. They removed the toilet, installed our new bidet and put the toilet back in place.

Easy phone call, provided address, and they arrived in 40 minutes. Lindi and Geni were both very friendly guys. Very reasonable pricing and done quickly. Highly recommend!
