Gene took our call the same morning our seasonal renters contacted us about the lack of hot water. He put us 2nd in line for an appt that day, called with the bad news and shortly had steaming water flowing for our renters. Great communications, with photos I might add, and great work ethic as a master plumber.

We needed to replace our water heater which was a 15 year old Bradford White 75 gallon unit. We called several companies and the prices were all comparable. But when we called,we spoke directly with Gene who was by far he most knowledgeable and comprehensive in his information. All his questions were relevant and he gave us a competitive price in advance he showed up on time and the job was done quickly and professionally. It required more material to properly place the water heater and replace the circulating pump but he only charged us the price he quoted. He left our garage cleaner than he found it! There was an immediate significant improvement in our hot water system. Friendly, professional service from a Master certified plumber. I will never call anyone else.

After calling two well known plumbers that I've used before and explaining to them that I botched what I thought was a simple copper line repair and that my entire house was without water , the response I got from both was we're booked for two days! That's when I called Gene Phillips Plumbing, he too was booked! However he must have heard the desperation in my voice and told me he would somehow find a way to get to me that day! He showed up earlier than expected and fixed the problem and got my water back on. I definitely found myself a new plumber! He's the best!
