Our kitchen faucet broke last night, so I called Gene Phillips Plumbing. He guided us on what kind of faucet to buy and went out of his way to squeeze us in the same day after our Home Depot run. We ended up replacing two old faucets and Gene was in and out in less than 2 hours. Very courteous and very fair priced. Our water heater broke and home warranty was taking forever to take care of it. I decided to call Gene Phillips instead. He gave me a fair price, came out and did the work right away, even during this pandemic crisis. The installation looks great He also fixed a wet plywood underneath the water heater, it got all wet due to the leak. The water is nice and hot, and no leaks. I really liked how responsive he was. He obviously knows what he is doing and I also like the fact that he is local so I can call him in the future if there are any problems or new work to be done around the house.
