Our combi tankless boiler stopped working New Year's Eve - one plumbing company came out and claimed to fix it, charged us and then it died again within the hour. Eric at Gene Johnson came out, diagnosed the problem accurately, and then ordered the part. Days later when it arrived he installed it correctly. Eric was professional, courteous, and most importantly he solved the problem. We really appreciated the service.

We had a water heater that they installed fail under warranty. Manufacturer agreed to replace but they didn't follow the protocol which kept us from getting the warranty. They were uncommunicative and unhelpful throughout, requiring us to pay upfront for the new unit which manufacturer called ""a swindle"".

Left an extra hole in home wall while installing split AC. Joe Maly and Jonny Sanchez assured it will be fixed soon but it's been 11 months. They haven't done a thing. All I keep getting is Delay delay delay.

I give a 5 star review to HVAC installer Josh Reed and Jacson Morton did a great and professional follow up on a heat pump and furnace installation, though they had to come back and troubleshoot and replaced a leaking valve, their positive attitude and outstanding professionalism was much appreciated. But I dont think I will use Gene Johnson again due to the fact that the front office is terrible I had to call numerous times to get scheduled and get somebody out to fix my HVAV problems, they would promise that someone would call or contact me but no one did I had to call and finally used a different number (Belred I think) to get my problems resolved. Gene Johnson has to fix their office process or procedures before I call them again.
