I have used Gene-D Plumber 2 times in the past month. Veronica was very friendly on the phone and was able to take care of the COI requirements from the building very quickly. Jacob was the one did the job both times. I couldn't be more pleased with Jacob's works. He has always arrived on time, explained everything very thoroughly, and did the fix perfectly and quickly. Jacob also always checked his work multiple times after the fix to insure that it's 100% fixed. Thump up! After all, their price is also very reasonable. So I will highly recommend Gene-D for any plumber works you will need. they are definitely my first choice when I need plumber service again in the future.

Finding a good plumber in Hoboken that you can trust and won't charge an arm and a leg is pretty tough. I had a clog in my tub and Gene D Plumber was able to send someone THAT DAY at a time that was convenient to me due to my work schedule. Veronica (the woman who deals with scheduling and billing) couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Also, billing was so easy to deal with (they take credit cards and you can pay them online!)
The plumber they sent was very professional and my tub was unclogged within 15 minutes, not to mention that he was very careful to not leave a mess.
The rate was extremely reasonable and I am very happy with the job. Will definitely use them again in the future if I need a plumber!

This place is a great business. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Veronika in the main office is extremely efficient and organized. She does her best to make the customers happy and goes above and beyond to accommodate them.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician did a very good job and worked quickly. He was prepared for the job and I was very pleased.

They did a great job installing a new pedestal sink. Great communication and did the job in less time than expected. Only negative was that they don't accept credit card but I guess cash is king!

Gene is very personable and also responsible. I had a water filter installed and he stayed for almost 30 more minutes to wait with me in case anything leaked. Veronica who scheduled my appointment was very polite and quick to call back with any questions and scheduling issues. Definitely will be my go to plumber from now on!

Expensive, but fabulous, efficient, professional service, which is exactly what I wanted. I have put this job off for ages as I am a total perfectionist and do not want to spend serious money on a job recklessly done ! I cannot stand oafish men in my space. Called them on Friday and ask if someone could come before 1pm. I have 2 issues: shower pressure and shower head/body exchange.
Veronica squeezed me in the schedule and Bo was great! He fixed the problem in about hour and also told me what parts I would need to further correct my issue.
I could not be happier with service and repair.
Would recommend them and use again!

Called them to replace my water heater and shower faucet. They showed up on time, did estimate, suggested comparable prices. I decided to hire them for work. They replaced heater with no problem and in very timely manner. Took them little bit longer with shower faucet and they have to revisit later to do some minor tweaks. Overall i'm pleased with quality of work, prices and timely fixes.

We had a leak going on in our building and it was dripping through the sheet rock. I had gone through several plumbers that wouldn't get back to me when they said they would, didn't have anyone available, & had pretty steep prices just to come out. Once I got the number to Gene ""D"" Plumber, Veronica was able to help! She called back when she said she would, their price to come out was reasonable & she ended up getting Jacob out that day! Jacob even came a bit early- I really liked that! Jacob was great & did a wonderful job & luckily, because all three tenants were home, there were no holes made in the Sheetrock. He was very adamant about not cutting holes & looking for other ways to find the problem & I'm very glad no holes were cut! I will be using this company in the future.
