I previously offered a review of HVAC services provided by Gene Burch.
This is an addendum: We had extensive problems with our? exterior plumbing. Pipes uprooted by large trees, inadequate valve? controls to shut off the water supply when a pipe breaks: all this and trying to
limit the digging necessary to locate buried pipelines. You don't want to tear up a walkway unless it is absolutely necessary.
Gary Burch, a very experienced? plumber, guided us through the repairs.
Gary came to the house as soon as was possible to begin the work, and managed? to limit the amount of disruptive digging in our front garden and walkway. The quality of the repairs was? first rate, and Gary took the time to explain some complicated plumbing? issues.
Plus, other plumbers who worked on the job, and office staff with whom we had contact? were consistently? courteous and helpful.
This company has considerable integrity, and their competence can be taken for granted.

The tub quit draining. We called Gene Burch Plumbing Heating and Air again. This time, Bradford Fulton arrived to help. He not only was perfectly punctual (early actually), clearly communicative, and highly helpful, he did a great job at clearing the shower drain. Thank you!

Dave and Sergio were both friendly, efficient, definitely 'went the extra mile' changing an air filter I couldn't get to, cleaned a long-neglected area I was unaware of; noticed a potential future problem, no hard-sell, just information. From my observation, they made a smooth working team.

Prompt service. My old water heater was leaking around the drain valve. I'd placed a plastic cup under it and I had to stay home to empty it every 4 hours. My regular plumber was unavailable because of a medical issue and recommended Gene Burch. Gary wrote up the estimate, offering me a 40 gallon tank because it would be cheaper than the old 30 gallon one. The office was very quick to schedule the installation and a couple of days later Dave installed the new water heater. It was a difficult installation because the space was tight, and my old galvanized pipes required some new fittings. He worked about seven hours straight. At the end of the day the installation was great. The original estimate was $2951, and they gave me a $440 discount for subscribing to their monthly membership service for $12.95/mo for three months.

Tae from Gene Burch did a great job fixing my air conditioner today! There were multiple causes of the problem, including some that would not be expected as I had unknowingly caused them. Tae troubleshot all the issues in an efficient manner and explained everything to me as he did so. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and saved me from having to completely replace the unit. Awesome job!

After multiple quotes from multiple companies, Gene Burch was the obvious choice. Gary, Sergio, Dave, Joe, and Maria all made for a stellar experience. Gary answered a ridiculous array of questions from us at all hours and in the end, we got a glamorous new heating and air conditioning system paired with a Nest learning thermostat. It all looks very slick. The install was quick and painless for us, and they did a great job of keeping all the lines and connections neat and tidy. Looks as beautiful as a furnace and condenser could (And works perfectly)! Thanks guys!!

My A/C compressor had a problem, it would not turn on. So I called Gene Burch for help. The person who answered was pleasant and professional. They tried to arrange a visit from their tech at 10-12 am the next day.

And Dave arrived circa 11 am, which was great. He turned out to be polite and pleasant.

Well after two hours, the problem was resolved. And we not have cooling again.

I would certainly use them again for my maintenance needs for my heating and air. And most probably my plumbing too.
