Sergio from Gene Burch is the BEST! He was the friendliest, warmest repair person we've ever had at our house. We joined the yearly Gene Burch membership and hope that Sergio will come back for all of our future services. He went above and beyond to explain our new thermostat, air filters, AC unit, and provided us with detailed answers to any questions we had during the process.

We got estimates for an HVAC replacement from 4 different companies in Marin county, but after speaking with Gary, we decided Gene Burch offered the best price, and highest quality equipment during installation. Gary answered all of our questions and the work was easy to schedule.

The work took 3 full days to complete; Sergio was on time, always professional and thoughtful. We can't wait to see him again!

This company took advantage of me during Covid .
They looked at my job, I authorized 1,500 and then they charged my credit card 2,500. They never explained that the job would costs more then the original estimate . The only communication I received was the charge on my Visa card. When I complained they said I signed something . But I didn't sign anything . After review of the signed document , they had forged my signature . I communicated all this to someone who said they owned the company . That person said they signed my name for me due to Covid. They are hiding behind Covid in excusing themselves to get approvals to do work . It's unbelievable. Taking advantage of homeowners during a pandemic . I will be pursuing this locally with legal to see if a crime was committed . Stay away . There are many plumbers that don't steal your money and hide behind pandemics to do so.

The Gene Burch team installed our furnace and AC 17 years ago and until this week did all the maintenance ourselves. With much trepidation, we called them for a service, expecting some bad news. Luckily, all was OK and there is still plenty of life left in both. Our technician, Dave, was awesome. Very meticulous and thorough in his inspection, going the extra mile on a few things, and a super nice guy to boot. Easy to see why Gene Burch gets such high ratings.
