My water heater was making noises. Eugene and Alex came to give me an estimate, and what repairs were needed. I appreciate local companies that do not charge for an estimate visit. They replaced my water heater and also installed my new dishwasher. Both were polite/explained what they were doing and why. Their fees were a lot lower than another local plumbing company. They were on time and worked well as a team. I will use Gene Burch plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Thanks guys.

Dave, Sergio, and team did a great job on our new heat pump system. They were helpful answering all my questions throughout the process, and the system works great. Everyone wore a mask the entire time they were working, which is appreciated given the global pandemic.

I am a major fan of this company and its people, from start to finish. Customer service goes a long way for me and I've enjoyed every moment. Maria and Anne in the office are super helpful and keep me up to date with anything going on. Even though they're always on time, I like the fact that I'm called before they come to give me their true arrival time. I like the fact that I'm emailed to tell me who is coming. When the team are here they put up with my most basic questions to understand a complicated system and answer them kindly and generously. They leave the place clean and they respect the property. Dave and Sergio are always friendly and reliable with a good sense of humor! Even when a mishap occurred, it was dealt with promptly and fully with complete empathy. A reliable company who keep their word. I totally recommend this company.

The technicians, Alfredo and Kevin were right on time. They called before they arrived. They set to work in a very professional manner, wearing masks. I was having water lines put in to faucets for irrigation. They had to do outside work as well as under the house with tight crawl space. They did an excellent job. They were so CLEAN. Both were polite and respectful. It is a joy to have this quality of work ordered and completed. You can't ask for more. More than satisfied, I only wish other businesses were this good.

This was a great result today! I replaced a conventional hot water heater with the new tankless water heater.
Actually, it was two outstanding Plumbing Technicians from GB that did it, and they are Matt and Brad. They did a super job!

The installation required a lot of new pipes and connections, and their work is beautifully functional!

I'm so pleased with Gene Burch, and especially Matt and Brad. Highly recommended!

Dave was amazing, checked our furnace, found an important feature of the furnace we could be using and were not. We had recently had a new thermostat uninstalled and he was able to explain why it was an incorrect one. We're enrolled in 2x year service to check out heating/air conditioning and have been more than happy with the services we receive.

Had my heating go out and could not fix myself. I called and set an appointment for the first available day and it was the tuesday after the weekend. I asked if they had a cancellation please let me know. They did and showed up that day around noon. Tae arrived and was super helpful talking me through all the possible problems. He then explained what he was looking for step by step. He found the problem pretty quick, fixed it. Cleaned up and was on his way. Great job. Would say that house calls are getting super expensive but could not go without heat.
