Recommended Customer Reviews
I recently had 2 plumbers replace a Tub from Gen3. The original was installed incorrectly 4 years ago by a local company I had worked with in the past. After 6 months of promises to fix, I called Gen3. They sent 2 plumbers to my home and immediately got to work. The carefully cut through tile, removed and saved what they could, and ultimately got the tub installed. After talking to 3 other local contractors who didn't want the job, They drove an hour to my house and fixed the issue in hours. They were:
1.) Professional
2.) Knew exactly what to do
3.) Cleaned up a VERY messy project before leaving
4.) Very focused on getting it done...no wasted time at all.
I would HIGHLY recommend them for any project....especially when your local plumbers are terrible.
