HVAC Upgrade- Out with the old, in with the new
I want to give a shout out to Mark Danihel of Gemini Construction who recently did a complete upgrade of our HVAC unit. The previous unit was a dinosaur (approx. 22 years) and had multiple problems like overheating, not heating the house entirely, high energy cost, noisy, difficult to change the filters, scary, etc. Mark did a custom installation of our entire system, and a custom overview/repair/installation of our duct work, floor vents, and filters to match our home square footage and energy needs. He also did a thorough evaluation of our brand new heating and air conditioning unit to make sure it was working properly on both cold and hot days.
Although Mark specializes in bathroom remodels and other home repairs, he is also a Master Heating, Ventilation and A/C Specialist. He would be a great person to do a thorough checkout of your A/C system before it becomes an emergency on the hot summer days ahead!

I recently hired Gemini Construction to redo my master bath. Since it's the only full bath in the house it was important to me that not only was it done in a professional manner but also timely as well. I can say that i was very pleased on both fronts. I first met with Gemini to discuss the project, and Mark was very helpful in coming up with ideas for the renovation. It's a small room, and he had some great ideas for making the best use of the space I had available. It was a totally remodel of the bathroom - tub replacement, tub and floor tile work, window replacement, etc. I was most impressed by the fact that Gemini was able to handle all aspects of the job without calling in subcontractors. Mark was very meticulous in his workmanship, and the job was completed in a timely manner. I have absolutely no reservations recommending Gemini Construction for any finished construction work you might need.

I have since had Mark replace my air conditioning unit and furnace. Again, i couldn't have been more pleased with the way the project was completed and the knowledge and workmanship he exhibited. I will certainly use him again should I have any other home projects.
