2 days before Thanksgiving, my mom's sink was plugged up so I called Gem State to look at it. They came out that evening to snake out the drain but their snake was too short. They came back the next day with a longer snake and got the job done. When they found out that my dad retired from the military and my mom was his widow living on social security, they refused to take any payment from her.
