A bit pricey as all plumbing jobs should be because they are dirty, trickey, body hurting jobs. NOT something I want or COULD do. But Geers is 1st class in customer service, professionalism, RELIABLE, and they do the job right the first time. They also have an unlimited inventory of plumbing products you can't find at Home Depot or Lowes. It doesn't hurt that they are less than a mile from my house! I will always use Geers for any of my plumbing (and electrical) needs.

I had a water leak in my back yard and some concerns with leaks under my house. Geers had someone scheduled to come out the next day and that checked all of my concerns under my house and in my backyard. When it came to the repair he told me it would be less expensive to have a landscaper repair the sprinkler leak. They were on time, courteous and did not charge me at all for diagnosing the problem and doing a full leak check. Then they sent me a thank you note - you just don't get service like that anymore...

We have used Geers several times in the past, approximately 1-2 years we had a major issue with older water main, as many of our neighbors had in the Harbour.
Dave, and crew came from Geers, all professional and polite. Three days including the weekend to resolve our issue, even to having to dig a five foot hole. They did a great job put everything back to normal.
Had to call them again yesterday, and due to unknown culprit, we had to have a clean out. Dave, to the rescue! They came in two hours and finished the job, with the same professionalism.
Would recommend to anyone.

In 2009, I had Geers Plumbing install a water heater. Yesterday, 8/31/2017, there was no hot water at the faucet, so I checked the water heater. It was off, so I tried several times to light the pilot, following the instructions on the controller. No luck. With lots of other chores to complete, I decided to ask Geers to check it out, believing that, having installed the water heater & plumbing fixtures, I might get a break as a repeat customer. Very naive, I know.
I was promised service between 11am & 2pm & David from Geers arrived at 11am sharp. I took him to the water heater & he tried lighting the pilot like I had.
I asked if, since the LED flash diagnostics on the controller directed a ""reset,""he could try to reset the controller. He said it couldn't be done & proceeded to start removing the entire pilot assembly & detach the wiring from the controller, saying it was more than just the controller. I told him that I know today's repair folks just start replacing, versus trying to repair, because it's expedient. He said I was the most blunt customer he's ever met, to which I said,"" I'm 76, retired & don't have lots of money to burn."" David insisted that the controller & entire pilot assembly needed to be replaced, so, with the pilot assembly already on the floor & him out the door to retrieve the replacement parts, I reluctantly agreed. I asked what the cost would be & he told me to the penny looking at his cell phone, ""$605.02."" I had shown him a printout of the controller on eBay at $89 & he said, ""that's on eBay, not here."" A long story short, with the water heater firing up, I wrote a check for $605.02. I asked if he could have just replaced the thermocouple, instead of the entire pilot assembly AND the controller & he assured me that would not have fixed the problem. Now, pay close attention!
Later today, I turned on the hot water in the kitchen & in seconds the stream stopped. I tried the bathroom faucet - same result. I knew immediately what the cause was & ran into the garage to find that David had failed to open the cold water shutoff valve. I opened it so that the hot water could rush into the hot water supply lines. I called Geers & told the woman at the service desk what had happened. She asked if I'd hold, so she could try & find David to come out. I explained that did not help me now & that the heater, under pressure, with no relief, might have exploded & caused more than just having no hot water, before or AFTER Geers Plumbing had come to ""repair"" the problem. I personally hate someone watching over my shoulder when I'm working on something, so I'd left David alone, telling him as much. Never again, but more importantly, NEVER GEERS AGAIN! You are now warned.

I have used Geers for my Plumbing needs over the past 5-7 years. They are always on time and professional.
Last month I had an experience with Geers that proved they are a first class stand up company. I had some minor repairs that I discovered a few days later were not done to my satisfaction. When I contacted them to discuss the situation they came out immediately, no questions asked, and corrected the problem, making sure that I was completely satisfied with the job.
They stand behind their work with no questions asked..... a class organization !

Our tile contractor had to replace some ceramic tiles in our kitchen after a broken pipe under the slab was repaired by Geers. He commented that he had never seen such a precision job - not one tile adjacent to those removed was chipped.
The job was scheduled, done on time - and the house left dust free.

My father is an elderly man and received a phone call from the water dept saying that he was using 20 gallons of water per hour! Dad went to the yellow pages and called the first ad he saw (Mike Diamond). After stressing all night about this and then waiting all day for them to show up, they ended up calling late in the afternoon saying they weren't going to make it. I remembered hearing about Geers from a customer where I work (Home Depot) so I convinced my dad to call them. The came out first thing in the morning and when I got home from work today, not only did they repair the leak (at a much lower cost than Mike Diamond quoted) but my father was so impressed with the great customer service and manners of the young men (Gilbert and Todd) who came out today. Geers, you have customers for life and I will definitely recommend you to my customers! Thank you very much!!

Geers has been doing my preventative maintenance for years now, all I have to say is that they're very courteous fair and offer great customer service I will never change my plumber!

""I woke up one morning to a major leak in my kitchen underneath my sink.. I called Geers plumbing and heating and there were at my front door in less then an hour! The gentleman were very informative very sincere! And very professional! They fixed my leaky faucet in a quick! Clean fashion! IF IT WASNT FOR THERE QUICK RESPONSE AND FAST ACTIONS MY WHOLE KITCHEN WOULD OF BEEN FLOODED!!!
