This review is for James. We met James this morning while we were waiting for a different plumber from another company. James happened to be working at our neighbor's place at the time. When we told him about the issue we were having with our plumbing, he volunteered to come in and take a look. Together with our own plumber, they quickly diagnosed the problem. We were impressed with James's professionalism and willingness to help. We highly recommend him.

James came for a minor service, he made it a big deal out of a minor issue and over charged me. Worst of all the problem did not get fixed. I did not want to deal with them again!
I got another plumber who charged a fraction of what James charged me and the problem was fixed, the new plumber I got told me that Geers have a bad name in the business and that I should never use them
I felt James and Geers were very dishonest, an absolute rip off

Complete misdiagnosis of a drain issue by untrained ""plumbers"". They wanted to cut into my custom hardwood floor to correct what they think was a collapsed pipe or charge me $22,000 to reroute the pipe to the outside to the main drain. The issue was a 90 degree bend in the pipe which had a clog, no where near where they claimed it to be. Geers used to be a reputable firm (when KC Nasser owned it) and I realize a lot of people have had great success with them, but not me. So be careful when they send a manager/supervisor out to quote something because it's obvious he's working on getting a big commission.

Ralph did a great job for us on replacing pipe fittings for our original faucet on our patio from 1963. We are very pleased with his friendly, cost effective and knowledgeable work. We now have water!

This company is amazing. It is 3 days before Xmas, had a fireplace gas leak, and they were here within 3 hours! The technician, I believe Humor, was a delight. He diagnosed the issues and had it fixed in no time! Everything clean and tidy when he left. HIGHLY recommended this company! They will not disappoint! Merry Xmas to you all!

Great company. I definitely recommend them. I live in a townhome & my neighbor's toilet leaked into my house. I didn't know if it was their plumbing or mine which leaked at first. Geers installed a water heater for me 3 years ago & did a great job. I called them to see if it was leaking & they were very kind about the situation. They came out within 15 minutes & realized my neighbor's plumbing was the issue. They were very understanding & very educational about leaks. I was very happy with the experience. They also did it free of charge, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Trying to do a little DIY project and flush the water heater, I ended up turning off the pilot light by mistake. After watching multiple YouTube troubleshooting videos on how to turn the flame back on, it never worked for me.
Since it's an older WH, I figured I'd look into switching to a tankless. I was referred to Geers by a friend in the plumbing industry and I also looked them up on Yelp. I'm glad I called!!
Homer was my technician and he came promptly the next day (today). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He knew about the CA Rebate for switching from a tank to tankless which is nice. He also fixed the pilot light at no charge!
Even though I didn't end up going through with a tankless conversion, I will eventually go that route when my old WH finally kicks the bucket and I'll be sure to use Geers Plumbing.

Geers has been a fixture in Huntington Beach for many years. I remembered Geers from a plumbing job they did for me over twenty years ago. I called them for a bathroom faucet replacement and some work on outside faucets. Got a quote over the phone and the plumbing technician showed up the next day. He provided all the parts (minus the faucet) and did an excellent job. Geers costs more than a handyman, but they are worth it for good work and peace of mind. Recommended.
