Quality parts. Stupid hours and not open when its supposed to be. Went in on a Saturday, premises locked until someone came back from lunch. Uuuhhh one guy working on a busy Saturday? Eat at the counter. As I tyoe this two other people are standing there looking at close at 5. Its 445.

Living in Huntington Beach, we prefer to help our local businesses. Fortunately, Geers provides everything a great business of this type should provide. Great selection, awesome parts inventory, quick service and people who care about the customer. After dealing with a plumber from outside the city on a warranty claim with no satisfaction, we called Geers in the morning and they had someone here by noon. Did an estimate, had the parts and fixed the problem in less than an hour. And, at a price better than the other plumbing business. Sorry to the other reviewers but we appreciate their customer service and expertise.

I have read the reviews and I have been using Geers for over 10 years. I find them polite professional and always reliable. They may be a little higher prices but in my experience you get what you pay for.
I recently had a situation where my water heater was leaking all over my garage. My neighbors said to get Home Depot out. I called Geers and Leon was at my door in less then an hour and explained to me the differences between the various water heaters out there and how not all are created equal or have the same accessibility to parts. Needless to say he replaced my water heater. By the end of that day I was back up and running with no more flood.

Came in here to get a part for my shower. I had never heard of the place except from my plumber who showed me how to fix my shower easily myself next time if the hose broke.

I came in and experienced the worst customer service. I was so upset by the whole ordeal. I was waiting forever to check out and the guy kept answering the phone instead of charging me out! I ended up just leaving and going to HomeDepot for the hose, which turned out to be MUCH CHEAPER.

If you read through the reviews you'll see that most people think they're way over priced. Here's a good example of how:

Walked in the other day to get a part and it was marked up to $130.00. Home Depot carried it for $40.00.

Here's the biggest rip off, their labor. I called to see how much they would charge me to install my water softner in which I already own the softner. He looked at the piping in my garage said the words, ""Hmm, about 60 feet of pipe, uhh it'll run about $1800-1900.""
I looked around because I already knew they were over priced and found a company that'll install my softener for $400.00.

There you go people. Geers although they do quality work = ripoff central. I advise you finder another plumber if you want to save some money.
