Ron M.We used this company for 20 plus years with great service. However it apparently changed hands and when we called to have our drains cleaned they had to come out twice. The tech did not listen to what I told him the previous service tech had done for 20+ years. The previous person had always cleaned the drain and told me how to do it. He was always done in less than an hour and the drains worked! We had him come twice a year to keep them clean. Well a drain backed up and we called. I specifically asked for the previous servicer, however a new tech came did what he wanted and left .... the drains still backed up! When he came back they charged us again for his first failure... $500+ dollars later, and cleaning up a big mess that the tech made, we have a clean drain. But they will never set foot in our house again! And I highly suggest you stay clear of this outfit.
