Jackie T.John Geary was always my ""go to"" plumber for many jobs in the past. Naturally he was the first person I called when my hot water heater started leaking a few days ago. I left a message and waited all day for a call back. After hearing nothing, I left a second message in the evening.
The next morning, after a day of no hot water, I called a new plumber recommended by a friend and had a new hot water heater installed hours later.
John must either be ill or on vacation, although their was no away message on his phone. I would have really appreciated some sort of a call back if only to say he couldn't help me this time.
At least I now have a new, reliable plumber to call!
