Worst customer service and unprofessional-ism I've ever experienced.

The plumbing in our house was starting to back up. We went through our home warranty company and they had us use GE Plumbing & Mechanical. I showed the plumber, George, the problem with the plumbing from the basement, and told him where the toilet and the vent pipes were located because he wanted to snake the drain. He told me that I was wrong as to the location of these pipes and he knew which was which because he's ""been doing this for 25 years"" and I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about (could be because I'm a woman). 5 seconds later he realized that I WAS RIGHT but didn't acknowledge it.

He trampled through the house with no booties on, leaving clumps of mud around. I told him that he was doing so. He looked at his shoes and said ""I don't see any mud."" I told him he should wear booties like all the other companies do, but didn't respond. Didn't apologize. Shortly after he did put some on.

He left my bathroom a disgusting disaster. Scuffed up the floor, brown grease stains, dirt, tracks from his snake machine's tires.

He was on the phone with my home warranty company and was extremely rude to the lady. He was getting put on hold and said ""Oh sure, put me on hold, I have nothing better to do with my time than to wait on you,"" Wow, extremely unprofessional.

There was more, but I don't feel like typing any more. This is long enough that I think you will get the gist. Go elsewhere if you like customer service and you don't want to spend an hour cleaning after they leave.
