Ben F.GDS quoted a job at $1,090 - then billed me $1,949 for the job. They didn't do the job as promised, their tech lied to me and then charged me for 6 1/2 more hours of labor. They over billed me for the time spent the second day on the job. Their response to my complaints about their billing and service was to threaten me. Don't use this company.
Julie C.2012 they installed an air conditioner in my highlands ranch home used my landscaping blocks to support the air conditioner. The air conditioner was under charged than over charged. Had to repair a transition in the venting and that employee was just hired. 2013 turned air conditioner on loud rumbling, vibrating noise initially contact them in June their tech could not make it was stuck in traffic. Took 2 calls before I got a call back and scheduled the AC to be repair. July 2, 2013 was told the warranty ran out June 30, 2031. Charged me because the AC was overcharged from 2012. AC was not working within 12 hours of repaired. Emailed twice and called 1 finally returned my call and the airflow in the home was insufficient. Told me they were going out of their way to work on it Saturday, their hours are Monday - Friday. They credit the July 2, 2013 payment and I had to give them an additional 350.00. I asked them to split the cost they did not. It was the owner that inspected my home prior to the installation. I felt this should of been addresses at that time. Their response was they did not install the furnace. Owner was not involved or followed up on any of this until today. He wants this removed from the BBB report. He should of been involved from the start. I would not recommend this Company to anyone. Their web site states their service is ""WOW"" I have not received that ""WOW"" service.
