My water company insurance sent out this company for a problem I was having at the shutoff valve flooding. The guy who came out sorry I forgot your name was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my husband take video and pictures to give to our water company who had previously responded and said our shutoff was fine. The pictures and video proved otherwise. Although we did not have to pay anything because we are insured, I recommend this company for their efficiency, professionalism and expertise.

Richard Gray is polite, honest, kind, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He gives a window of arrival and sticks to it. He texted me when he was close to arrival. We had several plumbing in issues recently at our house, a leaking hose, two broken faucets, two clogged sinks, a broken toilet( needed replacement), and a broken shower. Richard is fair and honest with prices and gives options. He explained things as he went along as I knew nothing about plumbing which I really appreciated it. At times, he needed to go to Home Depot for parts. His wife ( a pharmacist) is an amazing partner in his business. She sent me links of Home Depot for faucets, toilets and shower sets of different styles, qualities and prices. Besides being a plumber, Richard is a kind and compassionate human being which I think it is important to mention. I have no doubts in my mind to highly recommend him to anyone.

Thank you Richard!!! We had ants coming in like crazy at my dad's house, which made me realize there must be water leaking under the house. I contacted a plumber in Torrance with good reviews, and they came right out. But, you know when you get that feeling? So Ritchie from the first company told me it was a major repair, two possible leaks and a repair estimate of over $1400. I decided to get another opinion. Thank goodness I found GD plumbing! Richard came out with his amazing demeanor! And quickly identified the leak. Went a picked up the parts and the leak was repaired in under an hour and cost $190. To think We almost spent $1200 more than we had to. My dad is on a fixed income and does not have the money for these scam artist!

I totally recommend GD Plumbing!!!! Call them first!!!

We had major leaks and when we called them they listened carefully, came out when they said they would, reviewed the situation and provided our options and associated costs. We were able to make an informed decision and they completed the work, very good quality, very reasonable prices and left everything neater than when they arrived. I can't say enough about this company. I will use them exclusively going forward, as the peace of mind alone is well worth it. Knowing someone has your interests in mind and the quality of work and ramifications of decisions to your existing plumbing and home value.

I submitted quote request through Angie's List and Mr. Gray, the owner responded right away. Next day, his staff, Eddie, arrived to replaced the kitchen faucet. He did a fantastic job. He checked the connections for any leaks, sealed the needed areas, cleaned and wiped the area down. He was very thorough. I would call GD Plumbing again.

If I could give more stars I would. Richard + crew member were polite, professional and outstanding in replacing my garbage disposal unit. The entire process from troubleshooting to installation to finish took about an hour. Officially my go-to business for plumbing.

I was considering replacing the sewer line and spoke with a few plumbers, I found Richard (the owner of GD) to be the most professional and trustworthy one. He gave me a free estimate, took the time to explain the situation on the phone, and pleasantly came back the second time to run the camera again without charging me. (I asked him to come back the second time because I trusted his work ethics.) Throughout this time, he never gave me any pressure to hire him; although he wasn't being paid, he was always courteous and efficient. I ended up having him fix the kitchen sink, which he did thoroughly as though it was a big job. He also gave me a reasonable bid on the pipe, but unfortunately, I'm not ready for this project. If I was, I wouldn't hesitate to use his service knowing I'd be in good hands. Prior to him, I'd also used another plumber for some major work, but he's my go-to plumber now.
