I reached out to Yelp to help find a plumber after I received a quote from this well known company. The quote was overpriced and had a 6 month warranty attached. The first Yelp reponse was around the same quoted price. The second Yelp reponse I received was from GC Services, Xavier quoted a price straight away that included a two year warranty plus a military discount was applied. He was ready to come out same day with a zero estimate charge. I wasn't able to schedule until the next week( financial reasons), Xavier understood and he patiently waited for me to schedule on my time. Most companies would badger you to schedule. Xavier scheduled me right away and had openings that worked with my schedule. Xavier texted me early on my repair day to see if he could come by early or stay with the scheduled time. Xavier came by within 30 mins of my okay. Meeting with Xavier was awesome, upon meeting him he greeted me and was so polite and knowledged on the issue. He finished the job less than 30 mins!! I have to say Xavier impressed me from the start to finish!! Xavier kept the lines of communication open and responded quickly if I needed anything. I will be reaching out for all of my needs with the service he provides. He has a loyal customer in me from from here on out!!

We had a leaking tub faucet that need to be fixed. I gave the brand of the faucet and provided pictures of everything. Faucet, handles, and shower head. Xavier was able to provide a quote with parts and labor which also included a 2 year warranty.
Xavier completed the job and was very professional. So far, so good.

I had GC Services repair the broken drain line from a shower. Xavier showed expert knowledge of the situation and did a great job with the repair. He was well mannered, well spoken, and made everything clear about what was needed and what he was doing. He also went the extra mile by adding some supports to the drain lines under the house and did not charge extra for it. He was also the most reasonable among all the quotes I received.
