Our shower head was really stuck and I used literally everything to try and unscrew it: white vinegar, CLR remover, WD-40, and everything else that Google told us to. It also might be because I'm fairly weak so we definitely needed some professional help.

I called about 3 other handymen to see if they could get the job done, but they either didn't do shower head removals or were giving me OUTRAGEOUS PRICES.

I finally stumbled upon GC Quality Services and they gave me a super reasonable price and appointment time.

It took less than 2 minutes to remove and no hassles whatsoever! We'll definitely be giving them a call again in the future!

I have been looking for someone to put up a heavy glass mirror and do some wall hangings for months and I'm so glad i found these guys! They are so knowledgeable and friendly!! I set up two appointments with this company. The first time, they cancelled on me THE DAY OF because someone on their staff got sick. This is a family owned business, and I was understanding, being that a lot of people have been affected by sickness lately. We've all had issues, directly or someone that we know will world events. I had an event that I was counting on that cleaning for, and could jot find another cleaner on short notice, but decided to give HC the benefit of the doubt, because, hey, things happen...
Two weeks later, I decided to give GC quality another chance, and reached out to Dario to schedule another appointment a week and a half in advance. They confirmed the date, time, and a few days later, the address. I took the appointment day off work to be available. this time I had family coming from out of town, and needed the house cleaned for their arrival. The day of 15 minutes before, and 20 minutes after the scheduled time I reached out to Dario to confirm arrival time... he called me 34 minutes after the appointment time to say ""I really have no excuse... I dropped the ball."" THIS IS THE SECOND TIME the appointment was not held, and this time I didn't even get a call. I had to call them to find out the appointment fell through! I told him then that I would understandably NOT be engaging him for services again.
You give people the benefit of the doubt, so the first time I would have forgiven if the second time had not followed. But two times in a row is NOT very professional at all.
If you are thinking of going with a cleaning company and need the service to be reliable, you may not want to take chances here...
