Absolutely great customer service to begin with! Hands down a great job and in a timely manner. Replaced my grinder next day after the initial visit. Left everything in my yard way cleaner than when he found it. Super pumped to recommend these guys, especially Jason! My new plumber for life, and I have several properties! Thank you!

Too expensive and not able to fix the problem! This company charged
$ 380 to have the plumber look under the bathtub and visually diagnose the leak. After the leak was confirmed, the plumber told us that they can't neither repair nor replace the bathtub. After few calls and discussions, this company offered to install new bathtub (simple soaking tub) for
$ 4800!

These guys really helped us out in a bind when our hot water heater crapped out and leaked all over our floors and into the walls. They came out same day, were upfront on work needed and cost, and very speedy on fixing the problem. I had called several other plumbers before finding them and they were more expensive and couldn't get the parts as quick. Jarrod and Cody were very friendly and professional and I will be recommending them to friends and family for plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!

Remodeling contractor brought in Jake from GC Plumbing to fix a punch-list discovery left behind by the original plumber. We started off thinking it was simple -- replace part of the stack under the sink because there were no threads to screw the P-trap to. No. The grinder backflowed uphill. There was a hidden cut in the waste pipe run to the coupling at the back of the cabinet to the stack in the wall. It got complicated. Fast. And the original plumbers will never set foot in my house again. Working with the contractor, we opted to open up the brick wall outside the kitchen to get to the stack. And, there, we discovered the x plumbers used the wrong parts to hook the stack together, violating code. Jake just worked his way through all this with a sense of humor, gloves, and a box of parts, test fitting it all, gluing it up, testing again, making it work. Along the way, I opted to ask him to flush the waste line under the slab because the sink and dishwasher always drained slowly. Out came his crud cutter -- a jet head on a long, thin black hose hooked to a pressure pump. Yup. There was nothing less than a blockage. Long story shorter -- call these guys, ask for Jake, get your plumbing fixed.

At 63 years old, this is by far the worst plumbing company I have ever seen. I called them to come replace a switch in the electrical box for our sewage grinder pump......almost 2 months and $1,000 later, it still doesn't work. In fact, they ruined my grinder pump in the process. Now it will cost at least $2,000 to fix, plus the $1,000 already given to them, and of course they won't stand by their work. Be VERY aware of these clowns!! They have no problem taking your money.

I had replaced the fill valve on my toilet, and discovered that I could not buy a replacement for the compression fitting on my semi-rigid supply line. No big deal, I can just replace the whole supply line... Oh, but wait - the valve doesn't have a nipple; the semi-rigid line is integrated with it. No problem; I can just replace the shutoff valve like I did in one of my other bathrooms when it failed... Oh, but wait - this one is different, and the guy at Lowe's has sold me a bunch of different options for ~$40 (I hadn't taken a picture of it and wasn't sure what type of connection it had to the main line); I could bring back the ones that weren't compatible. In the end, I wasn't confident that I knew what I was doing and didn't want to risk having the whole house water shut off while waiting for someone to replace it if I screwed up. Returned all the parts and set up an appointment through my home warranty company, and they sent GC Plumbing.
I wasn't here when he came out; he left a fridge magnet and a business card with "Glenn Coburn Jr." on it. My son doesn't remember his name, so I don't know if it was actually Glenn who did the work, but he was in and out in about 15 minutes and according to my son, he was friendly and professional. Hoping that the warranty company sticks with this company for plumbing service!
Update: was just looking through a stack of papers, and found another card with the tech's name on it: Jake Campbell.

Absolutely five stars! Technician Jake came to my house today fixed our garbage disposal. We already have it fixed two times this year. Our previous technicians didn't say a word about why that particular garbage disposal always caused trouble. Only Jake went beyond just cleaning the mess. He pointed out the flaw of the direction of the pipes connecting the garbage disposal and the main pipe. He used some new pipes and changed the poor design. He was on time, polite, friendly to my child, and left a neat working site. I would highly recommend Jake at GC Plumbing and will hire him again.

What happens when Glenn comes over to fix a leaky hose-bib valve ($7 part @ 10 min job) and the husband is not there? HE SAVES THE DAY!! Not only did he fix the problem for the low, low price of $1550!! Apparently he found some "open gas lines" too.. Whew.. if it weren't for Glenn, we would still have all that money! Thanks for taking full advantage of the situation, Glenn! 10/10 will continue to call him for my money back.. For some reason he's not answering the phone or returning emails. Here's his bill!! http://imgur.com/a/yTbjX

Great service and very customer-oriented. Our technician, Steve, was polite and knowledgable about replacing our toilet.

Hired Glenn for a large (over $10k) plumbing job involving heavy equipment. This was for a rental property which had to be vacated while the work was going on, and it was important to us for things to go quickly and smoothly. He was very proactive in his dealings with the city both in getting permits, as well as making sure that we had all of the information we needed to get the work done efficiently. His crew worked hard for almost a week to get things done, and took great care to minimize damage to the trees and other items adjacent to the digging. Glenn stayed on top of things, and kept us updated as to the progress. They finished on time, and the only change in cost from the original estimate was due to the information supplied by the city being incorrect. The work was efficient, professional, and honest. I would hire them again without hesitation.
