Run from this company! They are both dishonorable and purposely deceitful. They have damaging practices to the consumer and deliberately are soaking a non profit for Veterans and First Responders. Once they tell you a ""work order"" is required for an assessment or estimate to be done, they treat that like a blank check because the ""fine print"" indicates an hourly rate of $278 per hour, over 4 times the top average national rate for this work, and are now threatening us to send us to collections. They are a nightmare. If you have millions to throw around they may provide a good service but if you are a ""normal"" consumer- they will fight to extort you. Many similar complaints at MT Consumer Protection State Attornys office. I will pursue court and pray others can avoid this pain. RUN!
