I recently had an emergency at my house. My toilet flooded from the bottom of the bowl and my shower overflowed at the same time.
I spoke to Raul and he said he would arrive in an hr. He got here in half the time. Both Raul and Johnny were very professional and fixed the problem. He explained to me everything that needed to be done in order for this issue not to happen again. He also cleaned up all the water.

I would definitely hire them again if I have another issue . (Hopefully not any time soon) because who wants sewer water sitting on your bathroom floor. Yuck!

I've been having continual backup of sewer in my apartment with flooding multiple times a year. Building owners and management have had several people out to ""fix"" the problem over the years only to have it come back a few months later. Gava's Rooter came out, diagnosed the problem, and offered a solution to finally fix things for good. Raul and Johnny were very professional, explained the problem clearly, and were able to find a real fix to the problem when others couldn't. They had a fun, playful banter between them which helped calmed down my frustration with the water backup.

I had set an appointment for 10:00am on a Monday. 11:00am rolls around... and no one shows up. I had to call the company and the receptionist was super amazing and got her boss to show up at my house within an hour. He was fast and efficient, and now my shower works! I'm willing to try again, but if someone forgets my appointment AGAIN, I will have to find another plumber. Aside from that, good prices and good work!

I had Greg come down to my property to help take a look at a clog I had in my main line. He came immediately and ran a camera through to evaluate the situation. He used his expertise and his tools to determine that my main line had broke. He pin pointed out the pipe got it unclogged and got be back in business.

It's really hard to not panic when you start your laundry on a Sunday morning and all of a sudden your bathtub spews out a weird brown substance. We called Gava's Rooter and they had the technician call us directly to set up a same-day appointment. We were lucky enough to have Manny. He was honest and efficient. He checked out our issue and fixed it within the hour! We will definitely be referring Manny and Gava's Rooter to all of our friends!
